I stayed at the Hilton Toronto last weekend and I honestly cant stop thinking about how amazing the experience was. From the second I arrived, everything just felt easy, welcoming, and genuinely special.
Peter Chung, the doorman, was the first person I met and he immediately made me feel so welcomed. It seems like a small thing, but that first interaction really set the tone for the whole weekend.

Diamond member. I've stayed here many times, service gradually declining. On my recent stay, I checked in just after midnight due to train delay, the keys to my room didn't work, twice, up and down from the 21st floor. On the third visit to the desk I was given a different room, upgraded to a suite, which should have happened anyway because of loyalty status.
