What a great hotel. We were actually walked from the Ritz Carlton to this property, and thank god we were. Its been recently refurbished, so the property looks gorgeous. Rooms are well appointed with great views.
The bar in the lobby is such a lovely place to stop for a drink and people watch. The staff are so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. A fantastic stay.

I had a three night business-related stay at the Hilton Toronto last week.
Location - easy downtown location, was very easy to get to via Uber from Pearson, after rush hour.
Room - stayed on one of the lower floors, room was clean and in nice shape, some peeling wallpaper in my room.
Lobby bar - busy all three nights I was there, great mix of beverage options, excellent and accommodating staff....

Stayed here for 1 night due to a hospital visit using team member rate. At first, the service was good and as soon as they found out I'm using team member rate their attitude changed. I was not recognized as a gold member throughout my whole stay nor given me my welcome bonus until I asked. ok sort of place

OK sort of place, the perennial problem of bedroom doors designed to slam instead of closing quietly is apparent here. Breakfast is the works canteen style, I went at opening and everything was already out so would have been none too fresh/hot three hours later. very loud music in reception area. Well located....
