Diamond member. I've stayed here many times, service gradually declining. On my recent stay, I checked in just after midnight due to train delay, the keys to my room didn't work, twice, up and down from the 21st floor. On the third visit to the desk I was given a different room, upgraded to a suite, which should have happened anyway because of loyalty status. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the restaurant is french cuisine, so it may have limited options for some travelers, especially during breakfast.
The location of the hotel is great, one of the best places to stay in Toronto
The only thing I didn't like is the elevators, the hotel has 6 elevators but apparently is not enough, one got stuck with people inside. They take a lot of time, one time I used the eme...

Stayed for here 11 nights, room was spacious,
had some issues on arrival with keys not working and then we were then given a access room with a very low toilet, we had so much luggage we didnt bother moving as we were out a lot, the hotel manager kindly extended our room on check out, we were also provided with a faster hair dryer and kettle,
the breakfast staff were so nice and helpful for my allergies, I forget ...

Stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been happier. Right from our arrival experience to the room to the staff - everyone and everything was excellent. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom nicely updated, and the bed was very comfortable.
