I had a good stay at the Hilton Toronto, though nothing about the experience particularly wowed me for an executive floor upgrade. The hotel is well-located in downtown Toronto, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Toronto during a recent business trip and would happily recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.
One of the first things that stood out was being accommodated with an 11:00 a.m. check-in as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, which was very much appreciated after travelling. It made the arrival experience smooth, comfortable and set the tone for the rest of the stay.

Stayed at the Hilton Toronto for 5 nights in March. Location was excellent for exploring the city.
Check in was wonderful, staff were friendly and professional. Every staff member I encountered from front of house, valet parking, restaurant and housekeeping were a credit to the hotel.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Rooms were clean, modern and spacious.
Housekeeping work hard to keep standards high.

Excellent central location if you are in town for business or to visit the standard downtown core. Newly refurbished lobby and main dining area, makes for a pleasant lobby experience. Service was above par. Room was upper end for a chain (much better than the Sheraton across the street :) ) and a modern glass shower. We usually stay at the 'other Hilton' downtown, but somehow my sister and I got our wires crossed and she booked the 'real' Hilton on Richmond Street. After going to the wrong hotel (but served graciously and kindly, including that delectable warm cookie!) we walked to the Richmond Street Hilton which is where our reservation was.
