Well placed for visits to most of the city centre attractions like the CN tower and the St. Lawrence market. The front desk staff were all very helpful and efficient. Hotel was in a decent location and the rooms were clean and tidy. Good shower with clean towels. Friendly staff.
Only let down was the chaotic breakfast. We ended up going out for breakfast everyday as there was nowhere to sit to eat, even at the earlier breakfast times there were so many people it was difficult to get around to find items, not much choice unless you want mainly sweet cakes etc and there were the mos...

I booked in here as there was a good deal through a hotel booking website, although because I booked and paid that way, I am not sure they will add my stay to my loyalty points with IHG. Our 3-night stay was great! Clean room and bathroom (daily cleaning and towels change), highly comfy bed and linens (they simply hug you lol), heating, fridge. Great hotel!
Extremely well located, this is a very good hotel!
Since arrival until our last day, we were very well looked after!
Hotel is clean, very good breakfast, the staff is amazing and all you can ask for a good holiday in the lovely Toronto city.
We praise all the STAFF.
