Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not great. Although check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, I arrived at 6:30 PM to find that my room still wasnt ready. Due to late check-outs, I wasnt given a room until around 9:00 PM & it seemed like a random assignment rather than the premium room I had booked. The room I received was directly across from the housekeeping storage and elevators, making it quite loud and disrupt...

Had a three night stay here and we were quite impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and facilities in this hotel. Check - in was
seamless and the receptionist was friendly and jovial. Our room had two large beds and was scrupulously clean. It was serviced every day. There are 2 good bars within the hotel and a very good restaurant called Thirty. Both barmaids were really friendly and the restaurant staff...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. We've stayed in a number of Toronto hotels including high end hotels such as the Royal York. Often you find yourself uncomfortable at the bars and restaurants in the evening because they are often taken over by events. This was most certainly not the case with the Holiday Inn Download, you felt at home and taken care of superbly by people like Darryl. We can't wait to stay again!!...

From the moment we checked in it has been an awesome experience. The hotel is conveniently located close enough to the major attraction. For between $8-$11cdn you can uber to cn tower, ripley's, royal museum.
The "college train station" is 2mins wall from the hotel that can also take u to these attractions even cheaper. Yonge Street and Dundas are walking distance away. The hotel staff are all so lovely we have a 5y...

Really happy with the experience. Asked for quiet room and was given one at the end of a corridor. Lunch in the restaurant was good. Service in the bar area was friendly. Location very convenient near College underground station and a Tim Hortons. Friendly housekeeping staff too...
