Great location and very friendly staff. The room was okay, but the cleanliness could definitely be better, and the mini-bar was completely empty. Overall, decent stay but a few improvements would make it much better. The lobby and common areas look nice, so I was a bit surprised that the room didnt match the same level of care. I really wanted to like this hotel, but too many small frustrations added up. The elevators were painfully slow, and check-in took far longer than it should with a long line. The rooms were small but clean, although the so-called renovations dont include basics like Chromecast, which most modern hotels now offer.
Theres no fitness centre in the buildingyou have to go next door. That alone wouldnt be a big issue, ...

Like roaches? Busted down doors?Body odor? No wash cloths? Rm#2027 is for you!

Room 2027 reeks of body odor. The entry door had previously been busted open; its exterior was glued & cracked from top to bottom, and the deadbolt and security locks had pry marks and physical damage. There was a roach found next to the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable and wash cloths were only provided when asked for. What a dump!...

SMALL, SMALL Room. Did I say small room. You could hardly move. No place for luggage, had to put coffee maker under desk and put suitcase on desk. Other suit case had to be closed up each time we after we used it and stored in small closet. One chair by desk but could not pull it out to sit on, no space. No heat, brought us small heater but no place to put it. Plugged in hair dryer and blew a fuse. Street noise was l...

The location of the hotel is perfect, but our room was really really small and the AC was ice cold and I couldnt turn it off. We were happy that we only stayed for one night only, because we couldnt sleep. The room was also expensive. I would recommend the hotel but with another room!...
