Had a nice stay during the recent snowfall, holiday looks a bit dated upon first experience, inside is much better, staff are helpful and polite, check in was quick. Hotel is in a good location with nearby subway, street car right outside, walking distance to many bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The room was pretty good, small but comfortable with fridge. Visiting Toronto for the first time we would like to stay near the city center where we could walk around and have easy access to the food, shops and attractions. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The 2 doubles room was small, and we would have liked a chair, other than a desk chair, for comfort. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also small, but had everything we needed. We did hear sirens occasionally, but realized we were in the downtown of a major city. The noises didn't affect our stay. We arrived on the 24th my sister and I , Ash from the front desk was fabulous friendly and professional clean rooms excellent location everything was near , housekeeping did a great job , yohannes from dinning as well as tekrah slim lady from Ethiopia I believe really friendly and lovely individuals.. more options for breakfast would be nice but had a lovely stay clean environment would highly recommend.....

Completely disrespectful service that doesnt meet standards and the packages online were lies. We were promised breakfast only to find out that you need to pay $24 per person for breakfast. Not to mention that the room service was inconsistent and always incorrect, I asked for a sleeping kit which is supposed to come with earplugs and a sleeping mask and instead received slippers.
