I must confess that I don't understand why this hotel does not get an overall four or five star rating. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always been satisfied with the hotel room, amenities and service....

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth.

So-so Check-in. Excellent location, Good room.

First the negatives . I stayed here for 3 days. The check-in was ok. Jenny, could use customer service training, unsmiling not too friendly. The souvenir shop was similar, the woman wasnt too polite and its ridiculously expensive. I just walked away. The positives. Excellent location, the staff at breakfast were professional and courteous, the room clean and well presented. Overall I would recommend this hotel....

Had a nice stay during the recent snowfall, holiday looks a bit dated upon first experience, inside is much better, staff are helpful and polite, check in was quick. Hotel is in a good location with nearby subway, street car right outside, walking distance to many bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. The room was pretty good, small but comfortable with fridge.
