I was enjoying the hotel until I returned to my room one evening and saw an elderly woman in a bathrobe with a walker, trying to get her room door open. I went into my room and came out again to get some ice, and the woman was lying on the floor, barely conscious. Clearly she had fallen. Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms for a good nights sleep.
Handy for Union Station which was good for us as we arrived and departed Toronto by rail.
5 minute Uber to CN Tower and Rogers Centre Stadium
Would stay here again without hesitation....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Toronto Centre. It is conveniently located downtown near plenty of restaurants and attractions, including the St. Lawrence Market. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was excellent! The service and the people were so kind. The rooms very clean and in a very good location! We went to the Niagaras in a private reservation from
the hotel and the service was AMAZING! Zia, our driver treated us like kings and queens! The trip felt really comfortable and a dream for us that traveled from Puerto Rico. This city is a must do, and in the Novotel and Zia better!...
