Had nice three nights here and liked the quietness, amenities, and especially location. The hotel is walking distance to St Lawrence Market and Union Station. Breakfast is great and dinner menu is nice. The fitness facilities are also great....

Nice hotel that holds a great central position within walking distance of St Lawrence Market, Union Station and the NHL Hall of Fame.
A 25 minute Uber drive from Toronto Pearson Airport and we had a lovely welcome from reception.
Our room was on floor 5 and was spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with Rituals products. The big walk-in shower was very nice and towels plentifu...

We had a really good 3 night stay.
Bed was comfortable and the pillows were really fluffy and soft.
I was there for a conference and the conference rooms and facilities were as expected.
At breakfast every morning we had Tatiana making sure we had everything we needed. She couldnt do enough for us no matter whether it was getting coffee for us, recommending things to do or anything else. And everything she did...

Had a premium king room but would not recommend. The bed was uncomfortable - it was very hard and the duvet was to thin it felt like no blankets at all. TV wasnt great, you couldnt stream or use any apps like other places. I stayed here previously and had an upgraded suite which was a much better experience.
