Stayed at the hotel in November 2025 and had an excellent experience overall. The hotel is well-located, less than 10 minutes from Union Station, so it's really useful for arriving in the city and getting around. Despite being really central, and on a street lined with bars, the hotel was really quiet inside and even with a front-facing room, we weren't disturbed by street noise at all (not something you can say ofte...

Definitely 4 stars. Great gym and pool area. Lots of conference or reception space. Room was good with great size bathroom.
TV ok but more channels might help. Staff very friendly and bar staff excellent. Light snacks in bar are great for a late night snack.

The guest service person, Faithful, was lovely and helpful with suggestions. Our room was clean and modern. However, the bathroom, while clean and had plenty of towels, had paint peeling from the ceiling, dried grout on the surface of the sink, wallpaper peeling in areas on the wall.
