We stayed here as the 3rd hotel in our holiday, Lovely room (621) great swimming pool and a good sized gym area.
we found the staff very friendly and very helpful giving us more ideas of things to do and see and cheaper places to get gifts ( china town was half the price of the local market).
our room was serviced every day but on one occasion the coffee milk ect was not re-filled i called down to the front desk an...

We stayed here one night and were happy with the location and convenience of amenities nearby. The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. Unfortunately we didnt get to use any of the amenities so cant comment on them. We would definitely stay here again!...

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed 1 night for the Eras tour. Easy walk to Rogers Centre. We appreciated how they made it special for the event. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again!...

Enjoyable stay.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are a nice size. The service is over and beyond. So accommodating. Calm and welcoming from the front staff to the lounge and restaurant.
Location is walkable to everything. We will stay at the Novotel every visit....

Comfortable Spot

We stayed here for one night for the Taylor Swift concert. I thought the hotel was reasonably priced. The lobby was really nice, and the room was comfortable. We could not hear the traffic outside. The curtains were a bit tricky to get closed all the way....
