The cleanliness deserves praise, as does the friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to help. The beds were comfortable, and there was a pleasant atmosphere both in the rooms and in the hotel bar. It is a bit far from the city center, but its possible to walk there since the route is urban and there are people around even later in the evening....

A hotel like a home !

At the end of my staying in your hotel I drew the coclusion that I had made the best choice for my confort,cleanness,friendly and empathy staff and location.
I am grateful for not only the services but also for the staff attention and care .
I will surely come back and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

Excellent location shott walk to the metro and bus stops. Bioparc is at the end of the road.
Staff were all very helpful and Mercedes gave good advice about the city, thanks.
Rooms are a decent size and comfortable beds. The bar, although small, is just right and never had issues getting a table at breakfast....

Perfectly fitted for our trip to Valencia!! Large and clean rooms. Kramer Hotel is situated not far from city centre, its easy go with buses in all directions! The menu includes a bar and restaurant with a large selection. The people from desk reception are so kindly to help !!...
