we stayed for 4 days, the rooms were nice, we had a broken light in the room but everything else was fine. the fitnessroom could be renewed and renovated, the restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet good. :)...

Our favorite place to stay in Valencia is conveniently located with excellent service and a wonderful restaurant. We prefer the main building to the secondary one, even though the rooms are a bit smaller....

Lack of proper data handling, inconsistent services, clean rooms

I stayed four nights here in February and was quite disappointed, especially compared to a stay I had at this hotel several years ago.
Although my reservation was fully prepaid, during check-in I was required to show my credit card number and expiration date directly on my phone while the receptionist manually entered the information into their system. This took place in a public reception area with other guests wai...

We were astonished by the best service ever in the hotel and even more in the restaurant. All the dishes were delicioues and the servants look after you like if it was at their home. We will certainly come back ....
