Very nice hotel, normal services, good breakfast, excellent location, but the management is not very kind.
Before our visit I send one very polite e-mal with only one question: are in the hotel possibility to use hotel restaurant and lounge bar on 31 December at night.
I didn't received any answer, and because of that I made reservation for one small restaurant nearby.

We had a nice enough double room with a terrace overlooking the road and the Opera House in the distance. The hotel is in a great location, metro station nearby and bus stops outside hotel. There was never much of a welcome from the disinterested reception staff but they did answer any queries we had during our weeks stay.

Nice hotel, nice rooms with really good breakfast - but hotel has a peculiar policy re use of pool. Despite it not being anywhere near big enough for guests - the hotel sells entrance to the pool to non residents. Crazy! Like ants when we arrived! When I asked why the hotel blandly replied its not our pool, it belongs to the college. Not good enough and not advertised by the hotel. Made the task of getting ...

Hotel swimming pool is for locals inclusive! Please be aware that its a shared swimming pool.
Hotel location to the city centre 20mns walk mostly flat.
Near to supermarkets, coffee and convenience shops if needed.
Receptionist was friendly at arrival.
Bar service at night time was brutal...

The hotel is a great location and rooms and pool were very good. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was ok but there isnt an opportunity to buy drinks/coffee until 12pm and pool doesnt open until 11. Not good if you want an early swim and a coffee but not breakfast.
Gym good, could do with a bit more equipment.
