Fantastic location in the partly pedestrianised Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 5 minutes walk away from the train station and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Very comfortable, spotless room, with good noise reduction. Nice lobby coffee bar and traditional tapas bar downstairs. Perfect for visiting the historical and very pretty Valencia centre....

Hotel location is excellent. Hotel feels dated and rooms could use a refresh. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful....

First up the hotel is perfectly located centrally in Valencia overlooking a beautiful square and only a short walk from key areas such as market and Cathedral. Friendly and helpful service with a nice lobby bar area. Room we had was really comfortable with a balcony that looked across the square. Good 4* hotel in a great location. When staying in a city location isnt everything but its vital. The Melia is probably on the best location in the cities old town. Hotel itself is a good standard rooms were spacious and well appointed perfect for a break in the city. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Well situated right in the centre of the city. Service is a bit matter of fact. Breakfast is let down by being situated in the cellar with no windows, so it is a tad gloomy. Good air conditioning in the room and the bed was good. Clean....
