Booked an upper floor front facing superior room on a bed and breakfast rate. The room was just large enough but very quiet and clean, stylishly decorated and furnished, and equipped with all the necessities and comforts. Everything worked as it should. A charming gem of a hotel in the heart of the city.
The staff were exceptional. Fabricio at reception was extremely welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. Juan in the piano bar was so friendly and helpful and gave great local recommendations.The breakfast was beautiful and again the staff were warm and attentive. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere, we walked everywhere, except to the coast when we caught the metro. Helpful friendly staff. Very good breakfast, unusual for a city hotel. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained. My only minor complaint is that the bath towels were not fluffy, needed to be replaced....

Highly recommend this hotel for its central location. Its clean and the bedrooms are comfortable with little noise. The reception are efficient and friendly with great local recommendations - they also were able to check us in before 3pm which was a great touch arriving at 11am.
Shout out to both Juan & Paolo for making us feel so welcome and for excellent service in the bar!...

Stylish and comfortable rooms with everything you need.
Quality breakfast buffet and a la carte.
Perfect situation in the center, near every interesting places, restaurants, bars, ...
- point: very small gym and size of the room is also below "normal" city hotel.
Overall good hotel even was expecting a bit more "wahoo" effect for a collection brand....
