Booked an upper floor front facing superior room on a bed and breakfast rate. The room was just large enough but very quiet and clean, stylishly decorated and furnished, and equipped with all the necessities and comforts. Everything worked as it should. A charming gem of a hotel in the heart of the city.
The staff were exceptional. Fabricio at reception was extremely welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. Juan in the piano bar was so friendly and helpful and gave great local recommendations.The breakfast was beautiful and again the staff were warm and attentive.
