Reception was warm and friendly, being helpful and offering advice for the city. Housekeeping was professional as being warm and friendly. The highlight was Paolo on the rooftop bar. He was full of positive energy, his cocktails were done perfectly and was fantastic at offering advice for the city. For a celebration they were all a credit. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants to sorting queries about the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied with plenty of choice, catering for everyone and the hot food freshly cooked to order and taste. We liked the rooftop terrace bar and again very friendly staff. We spent four nights at this hotel. Although the hotel is fundamentally comfortable I found that the room lacked storage and the only place to put on makeup was the bathroom with no natural light or place to leave cosmetics. I love NH hotel, I always chose them but NH collection València was wonderful, the decoration, the staff, the service, that roof terrace... all of it improved the experience. I would love to celebrate a special occasion in the piano bar in floor two. Very much recommended...
