Fantastic location; walking distance from the old town and, thankfully, not in the thick of it!
I had read reviews that the hotel rooms could be noisy as the hotel is right beside the bus station. So, I asked for a quiet room; and I was given a quiet room. Dont us their elevator! And watch the water leaking problem!

We are still staying at the hotel and tonight is our last night. Everything has been ok until tonight. I took the elevator with my kids at 8:30pm and we were stuck there for 3 mins without being able to reach help. We tried to press the aladm but i don't think it worked. It was luck that in the end brought us back to our floor, which is 9th floor btw. We tried to warn the people outside who were about to take the ele...

Great hotel, very clean and the staff were fantastic (especially Abel and Clara). The room was a little bit dated and the hotel feels a bit tired, but it is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep when visiting Valencia because it is on the gardens and 15 minutes walk from the old town....

It was my second stay in this hotel very clean, organized nice location wonderful stuff
If I ever go to Valencia, I will stay at this hotel again
Rooms big clean, organized, nice bathrooms with bidet suitable for Muslim families
Few steps aside very big shopping center. Supermarket is closed and transportation is easy thank you...
