Good location near Opera House and City of Arts and Sciences. One block from the #95 bus stops which will take you east to the sea or west to the city center. Modern high rise neighborhood with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Room slightly small, ready for refurbishment. Elevators in theory hold 6 but put 4 normal people in and it buzzes to tell you that you've exceeded the weight limit. ...

Overall we really enjoyed our time in Valencia, we ate breakfast and a couple of dinners at Elba, literally next door and there was a fantastic Pizza restaurant across the road.
We mainly came to see the City of Arts and Sciences and this hotel location was just right.
