Great break Hotel needs to improve their customer service

Overall we really enjoyed our time in Valencia, we ate breakfast and a couple of dinners at Elba, literally next door and there was a fantastic Pizza restaurant across the road.
We mainly came to see the City of Arts and Sciences and this hotel location was just right.

Small rooms but clean.

Small rooms but clean. We heard traffic noise from outside the window. Bathroom a little tight but do-able. Be careful when showering, swinging door goes up agains the toilet leaves small space to exit.
Other then than ok, and would be 4 stars if rooms were slightly larger....

The amount of dust and trash under the beds was unbelievable! We also saw dead cockroaches in the elevator shafts. I had the opportunity to personally call and show the hotel staff and also took photos. I'm sure this shouldn't happen......

I stayed at this hotel for only 1 night, having arrived in Valencia for 2 days. Excellent location, it was important for me that the hotel was located near the City of Arts and Sciences and the oceanarium. The oceanarium was 900m away, and the City of Arts and Sciences was 400 meters. DO NOT let them put you in room 011. They know it is extremely noisy from the aircon unit attached to the outside wall, that starts up in the middle of the night...bangs for 110 thumps, then a break of 10 minutes before it starts banging again...You have hours to count the bangs! If you shut the window you can still hear it and then you get the smell of the aircon (rubber like) in the room with no ventilation, (You c...
