My husband and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Eva the receptionist at The Petite Palace Plaza DeLe Reina Hotel. The moment we met Eva she was so helpful. On our last day there was a teachers' pay protest march, traffic across the city was heavily disrupted and we were extremely worried about missing our flight.
Eva went completely above and beyond to organise a taxi for us, kept us informed throughout ...

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Hotel is central to all major attractions - adjacent to the wonderful ceramic museum and just a short walk to the silk museum....

This hotel is located right in the middle of the historic old town with everything on your doorstep among the hustle and bustle of this friendly city but because its located down a side street next to a beautiful church and a few steps away from the stunning architectural ceramics museum it was very quite.
