A very unfortunate situation occurred in Valencia. I do not believe this is a safe city for a solo female traveler. I booked Petit Palace after being harassed and attacked by a man in the city center. I booked Petit Palace in distress to try and escape the city center. When I arrived, the front desk was not friendly and I was reminded that the location did not matter, the people of Valencia are NOT kind. The people...

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Superb and helpful staff to give advice and help book tickets to places. Good advice on transport links. Able to arrive early and leave luggage before the room was available. Fantastic service....

Truly a palace to visit. They make you feel like royalty without all the trappings. I have truly enjoyed their breakfast choices

Great breakfast choice, housekeeping was wonderful and the desk help were very professional. The location was just right. They made Valencia visit a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend a stay at the La Petit Palace. Thanks you....

Great central location. Front desk staff - Noelia, Ignacio & Jorge - super friendly & helpful. Hotel itself does not have many amenities like a bar etc but the room was comfortable & clean & had everything you needed. Recommend for a city break....

The accommodation is well located with several metro and train stations nearby. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast is very tasty and there is a wide choice. The staff, especially Noelia and Jorge, are very nice and helpful....
