1. very uncomfortable and disappointing stay
2. Im writing this review at 1:00 AM because Im extremely uncomfortable.
3. The main issue is the AC doesnt workonly air blows, no cooling. The room is very hot and impossible to sleep in.
4. I even had to sleep on the floor to cool my body.
5. Reception said the whole apartment AC is turned off in winter and only heating works. They said AC will start in summer, b...

The staff were great and definitely the best part about this hotel :) At first glance the rooms are okay and smelt very clean. Clean sheets and towels and housekeeping do a great job. Quite basic overall and very small TV. No kettle in room. Good location if going to the Feria Valencia. Also about 10-15 min walk to tram to visit more central Valencia.

Came here on an inspection visit prior to bring 29 pupils on a school trip in June. From arrival the staff were super friendly. The young man who checked us in gave us loads of useful information on how to get around and where the metro could be caught. The manager very kindly gave us a viewing of the rooms wed be getting so I could work out roomings and a tour of the pool/gym etc. the waiters in the restaurant were...

Nice hotel overall. The secure underground parking was excellent. The room was large and very clean. However there was a lot of noise from outside at night. The wooden shutters didnt really help. One night it went on to 2am. Fortunately I had ear plugs with me. The walls in the hotel are quite thin so I also had some noise from the other rooms. Last year October, I have stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group, and while the location was secluded, it wasnt an issue for us. The room met all standards for comfort and cleanliness, which was a plus.
