Perfectly adequate rooms in a good location

The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the centre on foot and very close to the city of Arts and Sciences. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel café is fairly good too.
The rooms were had were clean and modern. The rooms higher up and not looking out over the avenue are quieter.
The staff on reception were very kind and helpful during our stay....

Very nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Great restaurant/bar with reasonable pricing. My only complaint would be the kitchen noise below our room, the drainage in our washroom shower/sink and the fluctuating water temperature in the shower.
The hotel is in a very good location for the bus line to the old town and the beach....

Nice hotel but noise carries through the floors

The hotel is convenient for the Cuidad de Ciencias and the opera and the rooms are basic but good. However, we were very disturbed by the noise from the hard floors above our rooms, both 114 and 112. It sounded like people moving or rolling furniture. Unfortunately it went on until 1 in the morning....

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The apartment is newly refurbished, all items are new and we had a fabulous time here. The location os close to the most important museums and everything is easily accessible with public transportation. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and terraces on the 2nd line from the street with very good food and prices smaller than the front line restaurants....

The Staff is very friendly, from manager to housekeeper. The apartment is comfortable, with all you need to stay there.
There is a 8kg washer and dryer in the first floor.
There is also a non stop kitchen bar&restaurant.
Valencia is a city for living and Room Ciencias is a great rehearsal for that....
