Great location and very nice hotel

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more.
We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view.
Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful.

No noise insulation & terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no interest in helping customers. Very poor noise insulation here, you can hear everything in other rooms & outside. They limit the TV volume to 12/50 because of the very poor noise insulation between rooms. If you want any sleep stay somewhere else!!! Cheap finish for a 4 star. Far better hotels in Valencia try the Cosmo its SO MUCH better....

We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Before we arrived I was a little worried about some negative reviews, but everything was fine. Our room was comfortable and clean, large enough for our needs but not massive, with a decent shower room.
