We where not informed that the swimming pool was out of order. Roomservice not available at 00:15 while the menu says its open till 00:30 meaning we had to go to sleep without diner. Breakfast quality is not worthy for a 5 star hotel (old ham, dry croissants, hard melon). We have paid the full amount for the rooms while the swimming pool is not available. This should have been made much more clear at the booking. Wh...

We booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool, as we were travelling with our 3-year-old daughter and I am 7 months pregnant. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool had been closed for months, despite there being no clear information about this on the hotels official website.

Luxurious hotel in an amazing location - big park across the road and a short walk to the city centre. We had an issue with renovation work above our room and the staff moved us straight away - our double bed was even upgraded to a super king which was much appreciated! As a light sleeper, I was worried I'd be distubed by noise from other guests, but to my surprise didn't hear a single thing from any of the other roo...

Polite and helpful reception staff. Lovely big room. Comfortable bed bottom sheet top sheet then duvet just like home. Most hotels don't have a top sheet.
Breakfast excellent so much choice meal in evening fair price and excellent food.
Only criticism be nice to have a hand grip to get in and out of shower.
Apart from that perfect...
