We had a brilliant stay in this lovely hotel. Rooms were immaculate, breakfasts were fantastic but best of all was the exceptional level of service from all the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful and friendly and the advice from the Concierge Andreas was invaluable in making our stay special. Really 5 star service on every level!...

What can I say this place is fabulous !!!
Didnt want to leave. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are wonderful (altho lacking a kettle and tea making facilities, only coffee machine)
The grounds are amazing and beautifully kept. The breakfast has something for everyone and so much choice. The eggs Benedict are stone cold every morning tho which is a shame. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean and well ...

This is truly a 5+ star hotel. Amazing location. Very quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, good size and modern with all the amenities. We stay here often. Each time we are extremely satisfied. The atmosphere on the patio was great to lounge in even on a cold night with lots of heaters and blankets. It's a fantastic value. We have yet to try their Spa but we hear it is great....

Hospitality is all about common sense. I booked 2 nights at this property and extended by one more night. The hotel (Manager on Duty Ramon) explained that because the second reservation was for one night, the hotel collection rates would not be honored. The technical details were so petty and awkward and the amount he decided to charge as an upsell without me having to move rooms was tiny. The waste of time and ...
