Great 5-star hotel for under $200 a night.
Things I liked:
- smart TV
- nespresso machine
- was able to check in early at 10am
- housekeeper check up on us and gave us chocolates
- the revolving door to the lobby smelled nice
- beautiful garden to hang out
- easy access to the beach and restaurants
- delicious and reasonably priced room service meals (had pizza)
- ordered 1 OJ but got 2 as a service

Exceptional hotel and customer service

Another wonderful stay at this superb hotel. Having stayed previously with my wife, on this occasion I arranged for a small group of men to stay for a tennis tour in Valencia. All group members had a great time and would like to pass on our thanks to the professional staff at the hotel who provided exceptional customer service....

Nearly five stars, great hotel for off season sun and conferences

I was here for work function and did not know what to expect. Stayed for four nights in an executive room on the second floor which was spacious with desk and armchair, bathroom with separate bathtub and walk in shower, bidet and two sinks. It was at the end of the corridor so really quiet.
Balcony was a highlight with 2 loungers, table and chairs.
Housekeeping was really good, with plenty of towels left each day ...

I booked this hotel because I wanted to combine some late season sun/exercise with a visit to Valencia. I was a bit concerned that it would have a 'big Spanish resort hotel' vibe, especially since it was half-term and the half-marathon weekend. However, I was really happy with the choice. Why:

Lovely welcome from Reception. We arrived before check in but the Receptionist kindly offered to telephone once our room was ready. Room was well appointed with fabulous bed linen & pillows. Loved the Balgari products in the bathroom....
