Hospitality is all about common sense. I booked 2 nights at this property and extended by one more night. The hotel (Manager on Duty Ramon) explained that because the second reservation was for one night, the hotel collection rates would not be honored. The technical details were so petty and awkward and the amount he decided to charge as an upsell without me having to move rooms was tiny. The waste of time and ...

A Perfect Stay by the Sea

My son and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Las Arenas Hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, and the hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located on the coast.
We stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony, which made our mornings truly special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with great variety and quality.

Great 5-star hotel for under $200 a night.
Things I liked:
- smart TV
- nespresso machine
- was able to check in early at 10am
- housekeeper check up on us and gave us chocolates
- the revolving door to the lobby smelled nice
- beautiful garden to hang out
- easy access to the beach and restaurants
- delicious and reasonably priced room service meals (had pizza)
- ordered 1 OJ but got 2 as a service

Another wonderful stay at this superb hotel. Having stayed previously with my wife, on this occasion I arranged for a small group of men to stay for a tennis tour in Valencia. All group members had a great time and would like to pass on our thanks to the professional staff at the hotel who provided exceptional customer service....

Nearly five stars, great hotel for off season sun and conferences

I was here for work function and did not know what to expect. Stayed for four nights in an executive room on the second floor which was spacious with desk and armchair, bathroom with separate bathtub and walk in shower, bidet and two sinks. It was at the end of the corridor so really quiet.
Balcony was a highlight with 2 loungers, table and chairs.
Housekeeping was really good, with plenty of towels left each day ...
