Room sizes are very good (being 2+ meters tall, it is nice to be able to put on a shirt without my arms hitting the walls!
Location is good. Close to Ruzafa. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
My biggest issue is that supplies were not regularly provided. Everyday, I had to ask for the basics (towels, toilet paper, facial tissues). They were provided upon request, but my time was spent on what should have ...

The check-in process was very slow and staff member spoke little English; however, when I mentioned that I wanted a late check-out for the larger room, her English and service improved. This was not a one-off; anytime we asked front-desk it was a struggle for them and they have looked to mastered the how to look busy look.

The hotels location is excellentclose to everything and easy to find. The services are top-notch, and the staff is both professional and friendly, especially the reception team. Appalling and the rudest check in and customer service staff Ive ever experienced

We had this booked as a pre and post cruise stay .we had never been to Valencia and decided it would be wonderful to see and explore.
Check in was slow and for some reason it takes two to check you in slowly
We waited our turn only to be ignored by two females one with a clipboard who when she wasnt chatting and ignoring customers ,she looked very busy doing nothing while the line to check in go bigger .

The worst hotel we have been to in 12 years of traveling around the world and around Spain.
We have been given a dirty room, with extremely old towels (they were so grey and washed out that one could see through them). There was plenty of dust everywhere. The furniture in the room with scratches, I think the renovation has seen Spanish civil war. I attached photos so you could see for yourself.
