Mould around bath and broken tiles in bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Pool needs a goods a good clean and you cannot swim properly in it as it is circular with two big pillars in the middle. The jacuzzi was freezing as the heating was broken. Sauna locked up and not in use. Breakfast was good with a lovely selection of foods and drinks. Hotel ok for a short stay but is way out of town near the football...

Hotel is very nice, staff are friendly, breakfast is amazing, hygiene is on high level, the only thing that we didn't like is a pool, they need to make it new a little bit bigger, and more jacuzzi ,because there is only one, and we ate pizza in their restorant in hotel, and it wasn't,good, but all other was fantastic...

Hotel was excellent, clean and modern and a great location for me. The staff were always attentive - and room service was good value and a fair price. Prices for the rooms were good value for money and I would utilise the hotel again. I came for the Marathon and found the 99 bus outside of the hotel great to get to the start and to see the city on other days....

Great Hotel with good connections to the centre (Bus and Metro nearby at the most 8 minutes walk. We could go the room immediatly eventhough we were to early. Breakfast was great and also the view to the city.
It was a pitty the swimming pool was a little bit dissapointed. But further more no complaints...

Very professional staff. A wide range of food at the breakfast. Place is very clean and cozy. I checked out very early in the morning and with prior agreement, they prepared nice breakfast to go. I case you are visiting Valencia I highly recommend this hotel!...
