Bed is too small for two people, bathroom drain screwed closed, strange smell in rooms, small pool, would rate a zero if I could....

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were so helpful- 10 out of 10 for customer service. Choice from breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a standard room, very clean and comfortable.Not bang in the centre but very good transport on the doorstep - regular buses, taxis etc. Spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.Would definitely stay there again....

We absolutely loved this hotel. Would highly recommend. We booked a junior suite for 2 adults & 2 children for 4 nights.
It was spacious with 3 large windows on the 14th floor, providing sea, city, mountain & pool views all from one room!
It was extremely hot in the city and the aircon worked well in the room. All corridors are cool too.

The Sercotel Sorolla hotel is nice, modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and pillows were nice and soft. Bathroom is okay. Shower is small but water pressure is good. Good breakfast...

The worst internet in my 41 yrs of travelling and staying in hotels around the world. Too slow!!!
My first day was a mess, tv remote does not work. It has to be replaced. Room was so hot even the AC is on. All drawers cannot be opened.
Other things are ok, the room itself, bed, bathroom, breakfast. Although, location is off the center. Accessible by metro or bus...
