Decent hotel but nothing special. Room was comfortable but a little bit outdated. Breakfast was okay and the rooftop area was the standout, small but had everything you need with a pool, sauna and small gym. The bar seemed quiet whenever I was in the lobby but the food around lunch time is great and the staff are all very friendly and happy to help you. Stayed whilst visiting a friend in April. Booked the most affordable room and didnt book for breakfast.
Check in process was good, arriving at 1 with check in at 12 we thought maybe we would have to wait, but we didnt and were shown to our room promptly.
The room was good, VERY comfy bed and shower worked as you would expect it. I requested an iron from reception which was soon brought up to the room.

I'll start with the positives...
I loved the swimming-pool area for sitting in the sun before starting my day. It was a nice idea to give a free drink (I had water) on arrival; though I presume the idea was to get guests into the bar/restaurant!
I sent a few emails before I arrived asking for things such as slippers and a quiet room. I wanted to have a bath instead of a shower; I chose the Valencia Center on this ...

Breakfast was amazing good selection
But I wish there was beef option as well as I dont eat pork
Bed was comfy
But tissues were poor quality they ran out too quickly
Nice location with so many cafe, coffee shops and restaurants nearby
I enjoyed walking at the museum there was so much beauty in that area...
