It was a very basic hotel which lacked many amenities, like a kettle. We asked for a kettle, but the reception staff mentioned that the housekeeping service was not available after 8.00 pm. The kettle was provided to us the next day by the reception staff themselves. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. I have to be honest but the hotel looked completely different in a negative way compared to what i first saw on the app and on the hotel official website. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 15 days and had high expectations from the pictures and some of the reviewers we saw online. The room was very basic,bathroom toilet very dirty and very run down. Lovely hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, close to the Oceanografic museum, to the city centre and not far to the beach. Bus stop is by the hotel. Taxi is not expensive either.
Nice selection of food- we stayed half board, nice menu to chose from.

Top hotel in a great location, with trendy bars, many great cafes, shopping centers, parks... With a huge terrace on the 11th floor, offering stunning views of the parks and the sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom, especially the shower, is absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't great!
Unfortunately, the selection of fresh bread is very limited....

We spent a week at this lovely hoteland were both very satisfied and impressed with the services provided. The staff are all discreet, helpful and professional. The relaxed atmosphere really helps to make a stay here most enjoyable.
