Good location but that's pretty much of it. The rooms are 3star size, the breakfast is not that great, just ok. I had much better breakfast in smaller 3star hotels. The reception stuff is pretty much clueless about recommendations, organizing stuff and everything. The hotel "swimming pool" is for children, the toilets are most of the time without toiletpaper. Staff constantly need a reminder to fill it up. In total ...

A hotel that makes you feel very welcome! I came to Valencia for a operation and all personnel was very nice to help in any way possible.
The guest relations manager arranged for a little something in my room as I was extremely nervous for the operation....

We stayed for two nights at the Vincii Mercat. Its very central, fantastic location with nice, modern and recently renovated rooms. A good breakfast selection too.
On arrival we were greeted by bring told wed booked at another Vinci in town and to try there. Then told wed cancelled our reservation (which we had not). Once I produced proof of this they blamed a third party and after a twenty minute wait, eventuall...

Hotel is clean and modern. It is in a great location- a 5min walk to the grand Mercat and perhaps 10mins max to the cathedral. We had a basic double room which was fine for us. There was a safe and a fridge and a spacious bathroom (shower only). We stayed B&B and the breakfast was lovely. Scrambled egg, bacon, an array of cheese, hams, breads and cakes, fruits and yogurts.
