Quick stop in Valencia to see the town

We had accommodation elsewhere in Valencia but it was so bad we had to leave after one night. We turned up at Vincci without a booking and were given a lovely room which then made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very newly renovated and has all you could need. The location is perfect for seeing all the sights in the old town area. It is very close to transport but is not in a noisy street. Our stay was amazing; Paco at the front desk was very informative and kind ,and the lady there too; Macarena at the restaurant was very attentive and kind as well ; the Hotel location is a plus ; thanks for this beautiful stay! Love the hotel ;the saff is super! And amazing location...

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful with identifying where to eat and booking our bus trips.

This was my third stay in a Vinnci hotel. Vinnci Mercatdid not disappoint. A warm welcome from helpful knowledgeable reception staff. My room was airy spacious and comfortable.
