The hotel is ideally situated within a residential area 10 minutes from the metro.It's roughly another 10 minutes to the city from the hotel.Botanical Gardens are less than a minute away.Plenty of bars,restaurants,cafes,shops nearby.Arrived early,but we were able to leave our bags at reception and had a very good lunch in the hotel restaurant.Check in was quick and the staff were polite and helpful.We had a superior ...

We stayed at the hotel last Thursday for three nights, we had two rooms and the room for three of us was very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. All the staff from the reception team to the cleaning team were friendly, helpful and kind. I can recommend this hotel to anybody that will be visiting Valencia....

Beautiful hotel and very central. All the staff very extremely friendly. Anna and Pablo were especially amazing. Anna helped me with the beaches and how to get there. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed in my room was massive. I will happily stay here again....

Lousy and unprofessional

I booked the Hotel Botanico Boutique one day before I traveled. During a stop over I saw an e-mail saying they do not accept Amex. I immediately send a new CC. Then they send a message they cancelled my reservation after they said they called and send messages I was on a flight but had no messages other then a cancellation. Carful about this hotel!!
