Hotel is situated on a busy road but I didn't think the street noise was to bad. Access to buses was really easy and the buses run frequently and are easy to navigate. Nearest metro was a 10 minute walk, direct to the airport.
Around 30-40 minute walk to the old town and the beach, 20 minutes to the City of Arts. Would have walked more but travelled with my 12-year old and walking isn't her vibe!

This is a proper hotel, not one of those crappy internet dorms. It's got a proper lobby, breakfast if you want, and a bar and fitness room. The room was clean & quiet, with two doors between the sleeping area and the hallway, and good blackout curtains. My room was on the interior, which I didn't mind at all because it meant more quiet!

Brilliant Hotel Friendly Staff, Great Location, and Worth Every Penny

We had a really pleasant stay at iStay Hotel Valencia. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and spoke good English, which made everything much easier. We had a few requests during our stay, and they were handled quickly and happily, which we really appreciated.
The location worked very well for us. Its on a main road with plenty of shops, cafes, and amenities nearby, and well connected by public transport....

Good location, clean room, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. I would recommend it to my friends....
