Don't know where to start really, was disappointed as the reviews were good for this place but found it pretty bad. The positives are the room was rather big with a kitchen which I didn't expect, downside to our room we were directly above the piano bar so it was rather noisy, we were told was pool view but we weren't high enough to actually see the pool. The kids clubs were amazing, the staff were fantastic and worked so hard to entertain the kids if all ages, kids clubs went on as late as 11pm which was fantastic. The evening entertainment was rather bland ti be honest, bingo was the only thinking enjoyed, the bars didn't offer anything exciting. The food was OK but always cold and rushed, if your Muslim don't go because pork is always on the menu and they don't seem to acknowledge cross contamination either. Hidden extras are having to purchase swimming caps if you go to the indoor pool 3 euros (kids are free) slush drinks are only available once you buy the plastic cup for 3 euros but then slush unlimited throughout your stay. Another down side is having to walk across the bridge for afternoon food it's not far but it's a curly bridge so takes a while to get across not good if you struggle with leg problems. The pools are of good variety but very cold, the water slides is good but again you have to hire the rubber rings (there is a height restriction too) also you've to purchase water, not free like all inclusive should be. The staff all in all didn't make us feel welcome, I'm comparing this holiday to our all inclusive holiday in Turkey which was amazing in comparison, the turks treat you like royalty and can't do enough for you unlike here you feel a burden. Needless to say I won't be returning More
7 day visit
Just spent 7 days with my daughter in law and 5 year old granddaughter at this hotel my granddaughter loved the kids club BUT I HAVE A BIT OF A GRIPE as I paid nearly £500 each for all inclusive I DON'T think you should have to pay extra for some of the kids clubs activities as in 10 euros for a 3 hour party also 7 euros for a painting class and 5 euros for a chocolate party where a couple of chocolates were given !!!! If it's all inclusive it should be all inclusive !!!! Also have to pay 3 euros for swim cap for indoor pool ( take your own £1 from home bargains ) every thing they sell is very expensive 1.65 euros for a small bag of crisps 1 euro for a bubble gum that's if the machine works !!!!! 2 plus euros for a ice lolly ... So even though it's an all inclusive hotel you'll need plenty of money .. Make sure you visit your local pound shop and stock up on water rings for the pool and water pistol guns and pool toys before you go and you'll save a fortune .... Having said all this the hotel is ideal for kids huge pool and water park over the road . Restaurant has plenty of choice of food I like my food hot so I popped it in the microwave . The room was not ready on arrival and seem to take ages but we did get in it before 3 o'clock ( arrived at 11 ) But I must admit it hadn't been cleaned properly the fridge still had chocolate squares and melted chocolate from previous guest !!! It had a fully equipped kitchen except for tea cups which was the only things I wanted really I like my early morning cuppa so took my tea bags I asked the Thompson rep who said he would get me some sent up to my room well 6 days later I was STILL waiting !!!! Had to use polystyrene ones which I got from the buffet !!!! Not amused !!! The cleaner only did the room 3 days out of 7 which was a change of towels and quick bed make !!!! Maybe it's because I'm a grandma but I did expect a bit more .... However my daughter in law and my 5 year old granddaughter loved every minute of the holiday and so did I watching them having fun ... It's just the niggly little things that SHOULDN'T happen as it wasn't a cheap holiday ...More

Package hotel innit
Bog standard all inclusive. OK buffet, kids love the entertainment. The rooms are big and have a kitchen. When the free drink is flowing in the evening it can get a bit Eastenders in the bars. My daughter loved the Razmatazz theatre kids club - and the kids club programme is good. Nothing else within walking distance.More
Just got back from a week's stay at the holiday village - didn't want to come home. Travelled with husband and 2 kids 12 & 5. The hotel is very big, was always clean and tidy. The outside areas were great, yes the pool was cold but in high summer I assume, this would be a good thing. I especially liked the fake grass around the pool, lot safer for the kids as doesn't get slippery. Entertainment was excellent the reps are brill and work extremely hard. We met Stevie at the HV Menorca last year so was great to see him again doing what he does best. Steph, Josh, Rebecca and Dan were great. Stopped to chat to us whenever we saw them around the hotel and were great with our 5 year old he loved them all. Yes the kids entertainment can be a bit repetitive but they love it and it's great to watch all the kids dancing and having fun playing the games etc. (To be honest I do enjoy doing some of the dances myself - now let me see your cuckoo move!) Food was nice and plenty to snack on through out the day. Water park was good, only went once because plenty to do round main pool. Overall excellent holiday had once again at a holiday village by all of us. Thank you. More
Highs and Lows
Arrived on Sunday 2nd April for one week. Party if 6. 2 children aged 10 and 12. Checking in took about 30 minutes as we'd arrived with a coach load of people. Reception staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. We were given directions to our 2 rooms. Not adjoining but one directly above the other. Sea and pool view. Worth paying the extra for if you spent time on the large balcony. Rooms were tired but well maintained. Maid cleaned daily. Kitchenette was a waste of space. Would rather have had an extra bedroom and proper tea/coffee facilities in the room. Beds were uncomfortable but I've never yet had a holiday where they weren't. Pullout/put up bed in living room was ideal for our 10 year old. We took the bedroom but left the door open at night so that our lad didn't feel "shut out". Large balcony with access from both living area and bedroom. Plastic table and chairs on balcony. Used these to hang towels and swim wear to dry. There was no clothes horse/airer. A basic need that is very necessary on holidays that involve sunshine and water... and kids. Hotel itself was tired but well maintained and kept clean. Restaurant was pretty bad. Very limited choice of food. Great salad bar though. Staff were as efficient as it was possible to be and always smiling. A real plus. Italian a la carte was lovely. Food and service was good. Didn't like the American Diner - food and service was poor. Piano Bar was okay but understaffed and very VERY limited All Inclusive drink selection. Worst we've experienced anywhere and it's not cheap to stay here. Entertainment was soooo bad it was entertaining for all the wrong reasons ð Kids Club was pretty good. Animation team worked very hard. 10 yr old got stuck into everything but found some of it boring. 12 year old found most of it boring. Lots of activities around the pool throughout the day for families and kids. Snack bar near the pool area at opposite end to Piano Bar. Food was okay. Some snacks/drinks were not All Inclusive. 2 pools on site. One for toddlers and a large one for everyone else. NOT heated. So. So. So cold. It robbed you of your ability to breathe. Weather was so hot that it was actually a relief to get in and cool off. Almost. Never had any trouble getting a sunlounger or 6 of them side by side. Pool area is yet again "tired but well maintained". We spent virtually every day here. Even with hundreds of kids running rampant it was very relaxing. There is a "water park" across a dual carriageway that the hotel guests have access too. It's reached using a footbridge just outside the hotel grounds. It does not feel like a part of the hotel. There isn't enough there to justify the cost of this hotel. A couple of deeper pools. A ride that was shut. A snack bar that was shut. Supposedly seasonal but we were there. We wanted use of these facilities. We visited on the day we arrived but didn't bother going back. We would not return to this hotel unless it halved it's prices. Probably not even then. However... it was a pretty good holiday because the sun shone every day, the kids were entertained and our friends are always good company.More
