This place is definitely one for music fans – there’s a 70s, 80s and 90s theme, and regular live shows. You’ve got a large pool here as well, and a choice of three bars.
This place has the best of both – it’s not bang in the middle of the other Benidorm hotels, but it’s just a 12-minute saunter from the beach.
They might specialise in musical throwbacks here, but the facilities are anything but dated. It’s jam-packed with fun designs and colourful, modern touches throughout.

Fabulous place. Happy helpful friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Great food. My only criticism would be the poor air con in the rooms. Down stairs in the lobby was nice and cool and very comfortable. Lots of space and sitting areas in and outside. More
First time staying
We arrived and checked in swiftly, drinks on a table just across from reception which is good if you have a lot of people checking in at the same time. We hadn't even checked in 15 minutes when the door went, a bottle of champagne with two glasses on ice, such a nice touch as we have stayed at 4 star hotels before and never had that, lovely wee touch. The living space was a great size, the sofa really comfortable and I loved the thick blanket, I don't imagine many guests use it as it is so warm but I love them at home and really enjoyed having it. Tv is a good size and you have more than one english channel which is grand. You have a wee tv guide that tells you the channels. The door the tv is on swings shut so you can watch tv in bed, I only found this on day 10. Fridge in the room, the seal on ours wasn't completely sealed but as we only used it for storing water it wasn't a big deal. The veranda is pretty large too and relatively private so you can lie out in peace if you wish, you also have a wee hanging rack out there to dry your clothes. The shower is really good, 2 different heads. You get complimentary toothbrushes, a comb, shaving kit, 2 bars of soap and body lotion. My only complaint would be, in all other hotels we stayed in, if you use the lotions they always replace them, we finished ours but it was never replaced, nor the shaving kit. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The entertainment team are brilliant, especially Daisy, she gets everyone involved and even when they are playing water polo, she gets the atmosphere going that even lying on your loungers you get involved or cheering. The snack bar is good, food is ok although the chips were often dry, I think this is because a lot of the food is cooked in bulk then left kept warm. The all inclusive drinks were actually really good too, sometimes cocktails are quite vile in all inclusive places but the ones I tried were really nice. I liked that there was a wee record shaped list of all the drinks included in AI and a price list for those available that aren't in AI. I had a massage in the spa, so nice & I felt great afterward. Only wish I had booked more. The gym we looked in, small but open for guests to use and the machines looked in great condition. There was a sauna I think but you need to ask at reception to use it. The food was a bit hit and miss for me, my o/h really enjoyed it though. Lots of fish and meat, the pasta was a big bug bare for me. The one night the pasta was actually cheesy and a good sauce it was drowned in some kind of mint herb which took over any taste of the cheese sauce. Deserts weren't varied much at all but the wee soft sponge cakes were lovely. Ice cream readily available, fruit always really nice. Denis was always very welcoming and attentive to everyone coming into the restaurant. There is also an indian restaurant but we do not eat spicy food so cannot comment however it was always busy so if you like spice check it out. It is about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the beach, lots of shops and pubs around as you walk down. If you like noise and busy busy there are hotels closer to the beach front, we prefer to be just a wee bit more out to enjoy the peace but able to walk if we wanted closer to the night life. We would definitely come back, the hotel is themed around music, entertainment every night and they put music on afterwards until midnight.More

Awesome hotel awesome staff awesome food all in one place!!!!
We just returned on thursday from ten day stay and omg the hotel wasn't just a place to stay it was as if it was part of our adventure As a disabled young man who has to walk with crutches I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived on that monday morning When we walked in to a light airy reception desk I was shocked it was spotlessly clean and the staff at reception were amazing they got us checked in fast and were extremely helpful and even helped me organise my mobility scooter. On reaching our rooms on the 13th floor I opened the door and my jaw hit the floor the rooms are massive. massive lounge area with 2 very comfortable couches. Then looking round found hidden behind double sliding frosted glass doors our bedroom which again was massive the wardrobe was big with lots of shelves and plenty of hanger space too. The bed was very comfortable and big and lots of pillows to suit any sleeping pattern. The bathroom again is huge big sink with under shelf storage and the toilet was there to then a massive walk in shower big enough for 2people The room was extremely clean and the linen was clean and crisp. On the walls were canvas prints adding colour to the rooms. They was a separate bunker next to lounge with under storage fridge and chair and space next to it to store snacks or papers kettle, cups, spoons, toiletries were provided. The lounge had smallish plasma screen tv on stand that could be moved so you watch in bed with massive selection of channels. The veranda has access from bed room or lounge and is a massive space with table and 4 chairs pull out drying for wet clothes is also provided and there is still plenty of space. Electric sockets are located all around the apartment so that's a big bonus. There are 3 bars around the hotel in and outside with varied opening times. The Barr staff are very well trained very helpful and funny and make sure they always smile. Special acknowledgement to Miguel he could see I was struggling with my drinks and offered to carry them to my table. By the time I had refused he was round the bar and carried my drinks to my table. He didn't treat me any different from any other patrons given my disability. A very helpful young man who always smiled and extremely helpful. The pool bar offers a selection of hot snacks which were fantastic. We often skipped lunch and just eat at the pool bar. Maria Jose worked the snack station she always had a huge smile and made her food with love and care. Exceptional hard worker She also helped me carry my food to the table and made sure I was ok. The main restaurant was incredible and Dennis the greeter always made you smile when entering. With over 10 serving stations provided a selection of hot and cold food. From breakfast lunch and dinner every night was always different and the food was hot and delicious. A selection of drinks from soda to wine to beer to fresh juice and tea and coffee were available as well. The restaurant was spotless clean and the staff were super fast clearing plates changing tables helping you if it was required. The entertainment provided was amazing from the activities during the day to the events held in the evening. The entertainment team Daisy and Mar were amazing at getting everyone involved and made sure a good time was had by all. I loved the pool area spotless and clean and the way the hotel deals with the sun beds awesome. All sun beds are chained up until 9 o'clock in the morning which guarantees you can get one no mad dash to put towels down or getting up early to try and snag one. There are plenty of sunday beds to go around selection of 3 different types to chose from. The pool itself is clean and sets of stairs provided easy access. The toilet block at the pool is clean and tidy always found it clean. Out side on the lower and upper pool area are pool tables ping pong tables and air hockey and inside is pool table with a selection of arcade style games and also 2 computers set up for Internet access. The hotel also has a small area at the front where mobility scooters can be parked and charged found this really good as some hotels don't let them in. The hotel grounds are fresh and clean and well kept and makes the hotel look crisp and modern. The hotel also has a separate Indian restaurant and spa saloon and gym I can't comment on these as I didn't use them but in passing they looked spotless. My only small gripe was the wifi signal dropped of at some points but it didn't ruin or waste my holiday. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are one of the hotels best features they are very well trained, friendly helpful, always smiling and very approachable. I heard there are renovations starting in the winter I can't wait to see the changes next year as we will be returning. Had a fantastic holiday and impart was due to the hotel and staff thanks for making my time in Benidorm memorable. Andrew. More
