A prime Benidorm address and top entertainment put this place in pole position.
This hotel has location on its side – there are shops, bars and restaurants just across the way and Levante Beach is 15 minutes’ walk from here.
The pool scene is highly rated, which is partly down to a big lagoon pool. The bar count totals four, and lots of thought has gone into the entertainment, with things like West-End style shows.

Love this hotel
Me and my partner came here for a 10 day break last year, and we loved it so much we booked up again to come here for a fortnight this year, with our 6 month old son. The staff have gone above and beyond to make the guest's stay enjoyable. We always get greeted with a smile by all members of staff, our son always gets spoilt with attention by them also, which he loves!! The variety of food is amazing. For example, last night they had chicken, beef, pork, fish and vegetarian dishes alongside salads, a wide range of deserts and an exclusive kids corner. There are a wide range of drinks available (both soft drinks and alcoholic) on the all inclusive, with only a small extra charge for premium drinks. I personally enjoy sampling the range of cocktails on offer ;) The pool area has been rather quiet on our visit this year, although it was busier on our visit last year, but this was due to i being peak season. Despite this on both visits we've always managed to find a good spot for a sun bed and we've had a good dip in the pool with plenty of room to move around. The entertainment team work so hard to make the guest's stay enjoyable. They work all day and on the evenings, and engage very well with guests. We specially requested a room overlooking the pool, on a high floor, and this was met without any problems. Our room was very spacious and always clean. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the cot we were given, as we only expected a material 'travel cot', but we were given a wooden cot on wheels. Our son slept very comfortably in it!! This hotel defiantly deserves its 4 star rating despite what other reviews say. We would happily stay here year after year after year. ❤️❤️ More
Going down hill
We came here a few years ago and we couldn't fault it. This holiday was the total opposite. The food was cold and not much choice compared to last time. We seemed to be living on roast beef, chicken and ribs. The hotel booklet says there are snacks during the day, but all we found were a tray of biscuits on the bar during the afternoon. You can get food at the pool bar but it's the same every day and not very appetising. The plumbing in the room (205) made loud noises most of the day and the smell coming from it was terrible. The whole of the hotel is looking run-down. The staff all look miserable except for one bar lad called David who always had a smile on his face; mind you this was only his second week. You could only get two drinks at any of the bar at a time no matter how many were in your group. God help you if you break any of the hotel rules you then get told off by the staff. We have spoke to lots of people that come here every year and they all said they're not coming back. All the games I.e. Pool and children's games you have to pay for. The cold water at the bars is tap water; if you want bottled water you have to pay 2€ out of a machine. I wouldn't call this a 4star hotel or all inclusive. The best thing about this holiday was the weather and that included two brilliant lightening storms and lovely sunshine. We won't be going again. :-(More
Hotel flamingo oasis
Yes had a nice holiday, but don't need alarm clock, as the guy putting beds out certainly wakes you up, staff very friendly, rooms very clean, food has a good selection👌,entertainment is very good 😊, not to keen drinking out of plastic cups mind. All in all nice hotel More
From the moment we entered this hotel we knew we had made a great decision. The reception area is really impressive and clean. We checked in at about 4am and there was only one receptionist working but he did very well to get everyone checked in quickly. They had sandwiches and drinks waiting for us which was a nice touch. The rooms were very big and clean with two single beds and two arm chairs. We were in the club room which was brilliant. We loved the club lounge on the 25th floor and the adults-only pool/Terrace on the roof. We are a young couple and felt like we had made the best decision going club. We had the private area in the restaurant which was looked after by very attentive members of staff. The food in the restaurant was amazing and we only ate out a couple of times because we enjoyed the food in the hotel so much. The lagoon pool was amazing and was really clean and had enough sun beds for everyone. I didn't witness the sun bed rush once and always got beds easily whenever we needed them. The food in the pool bar was lovely too. The drinks were amazing and I really liked the cocktails of the day. They offered plastic or glass when inside the bar but we preferred plastic as we could take them out to the pool f we wanted. Overall, the hotel was amazing and meant we loved our holiday. Club class was brilliant but we would have enjoyed the standard rooms too. Hoping to book again for next year and can't wait to go back! More
Couldn't wait to get home
Where do I start, couldn't wait to get home the food was horrendous it was cold and was repeated far to much and most things had no taste, everyone we spoke to was complaining about the food. The hotel although was spotless is in serious need of a upgrade with broken and uneven tiles and flooring around the pool. I have never in all my holidays abroad had to que for a bed until 9 am and then only 4 people were aloud to go at a time. Being shown where we had to sit on mealtimes ??? We are adults we can make our own mind up where we want to sit to eat. The food at the bar during the day wasn't up to much either. The entertainment for children was shocking, although a few good shows were put on while we were there they were most defentaly not child friendly . While we were there fights broke out in front of familie, children screaming they were so scared ,glass bottles thrown to pool area from 24th floor narrowly missing people below, children running riot round the hotel, guest so drunk that acts had to leave the stage and security having to remove the guest, it was like shameless holidaying in Benidorm. Pool having to be closed all day on a day it was in the 80's. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel it's pushing it at a 3 star. The staff never cracked a smile. This was by far the worst holiday in Benidorm I have ever been on, what a total waste of our hard earned money. I would never go back to this hotel and I most defenatly not recommend it to anyone.More
