Hotel H10 Conquistador

Loading

The H10 Conquistador was given a refurb in spring 2011, so everything inside is ultra-modern. The lobby is all gleaming white marble and the bedrooms are smartly turned out in creams and browns. Elsewhere you'll find a brand new Italian à la carte restaurant with minimalist white walls and furniture. And outside there's a freshly done-up poolside place that mixes up show cooking with buffet and à la carte options. As for finishing touches, it's got a beachfront location right in the heart of Playa de las Americas.

Excellent 4* hotel

This is an impressive hotel with good reception and bars that is made extra special by the attentive and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble even though the hotel was full. The majority of guests were all-inclusive, but we opted for the 'privilege' package which gave access to the a-la-carte restaurant for breakfast, the better sunbathing beds on 'fantasy island', the privilege lounge and rooftop jacuzzi, and the superior room facilities. This gave us chance to sample the nearby restaurants and bars. Slight niggles were the smallish rooms and lack of privacy from rooms next door, plus the wait for lifts at busy times. Also the average age of the clients was higher than expected, though judging by the number of 'Madge-mobiles' on the pavements this was a common theme throughout the resort!More

Nice relaxing break

Having just returned from a 5 nights stay along with 35 others we all found the staff to be excellent very friendly + helpfull The privilege package was great value the area round the pool that was exclusive to privilege guests was excellent as was the private area on floor 6. Mihaela the waitress in this area was so friendly and had a smile on her face 24/7, the privilege dining room was equally as good with the staff nothing was too much trouble Location of hotel was very goodMore

Super Holiday

Just returned home another weeks holiday at H10 Conquistadour, check in was quick as it was on previous visits. All staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly the room was clean had room over looking the pool. This was my 5th visit to the hotel since our last visit in October 2012 they have added a bakery section. My mum is gluten free the hotel now has gluten free bread you just need to ask for it. This was my dads first visit to the hotel and he really enjoyed it, the food was always warm and lots of choice you could go for the theme night food or the food that was cooked while you wait, breakfast is also very good lots of choice. The sangria demo is good to watch then you are given a free glass of sangria to try. I can not fault this hotel and i hope to visit again later on in the year.More
