Lovely hotel, if you've got children upgrade your room
We had a lovely stay here with our 12 month old daughter & some family. We decided before we travelled to upgrade our room which seemed better for children & it was perfect! We've been on holiday a lot in the 12 months since she's been with us & there have been times we've struggled to get a hotel to give us a kettle so we can make her feeds up so I learnt to travel with a travel kettle & bottle steriliser. We were thrilled when we walked in to find not only a kettle but a bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, a changing table which also converted into a baby bath, a little goody bag of toiletries for her, a play tent for her to use & a lovely little age suitable free gift for her to take home! Amazing! The house keeping were fantastic & all the staff in general were very nice & friendly. Hotel we found was lovely & clean & the self service drinks made life easy when the bars were busy. We only discovered the Bali beds in the private area that you can hire 3 days into our holiday otherwise we probably would have had them more than the 3 days that we did. All in all a lovely hotel & we would all go back there More
When we first arrived we were a little unsure mainly because of the sheer size of the hotel but we needn't of worried. We had a great stay, we stayed near the quiet pool which was good, it was refreshing not having to get up at the crack of dawn to get a sunbed. The food was good, we always managed to find something to eat and the kids club and entertainment was great. Overall a great stay and we would go back. More

Great family holiday
We have had a lovely family holiday here over the last 2 weeks. Hotel is on the large side but still offers everything you would need for a family stay. All of the staff work super hard to keep the standards up and really are genuine friendly people. There is a large variety of food on offer, definitely something for everyone. Brilliant entertainment from both the English and Spanish. There are loads of activities going on all day to keep both adults and kids busy or there is a quiet pool for the less energetic! All in all a brilliant family stay and we will be back.More
Worst Holiday Ever
Rude and unhelpful staff, very dated rooms with no child security, a la carté food is worse than the repetitive buffet food, poor choice of food options for kids, splash pool area completely out of place and very minimal, rules and restrictions only seemed to apply to English families with regards pool towels/rules, pool opening times and food/drinks etc., layout of amenities isn't great and is more like a 2 star than a 4 satr as it is advertised.
