Cruise and Stay
We had a Thomson "cruise and stay" where we stayed at this resort for our second week on an all inclusive package. Staff were excellent in all areas. They are happy to help (including quickly removing a broken lock on our luggage!) and also seem very happy. The sunbeds could be nicer but we had plenty of options of where we could site ourselves. Overall food quality was good and there was plenty of it. We did not use the spa/gym facilities but they looked very good. We had a view over the golf course which was a very quiet room (C202). Beaches are a 15/20 minute walk away. Entertainment is on every night. This is in an area where it did not impinge on people who did not want to be interrupted by it. Wifi was good in hotel reception and rooms. If we go back to this area we would try to book in here again.More

This was our first visit to this hotel. After reading mixed reviews I was slightly worried but all my worries disappeared when we arrived! The hotel is fantastic! All staff are wonderful and so helpful/friendly. The facilities are great, also helps that there is a park for children Hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The rooms were spotless but were a bit dated in their decor. The food is amazing! Breakfast lunch and dinner were all delicious with such a great selection and choices for even the pickiest eaters The pool side bar has snacks which are also lovely. Will definitely be returning to this great hotel! More
Lovely - will return
Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff and good food. I am always a bit nervous when booking all inclusive holidays as we have had bad experiences in the past however this one is faultless, the food was good, varied each day and you knew you would always get something yummy any time of the day. The included booze was actual booze not watered down rubbish, you could help yourself during the day too. The evening entertainment was not brilliant but then maybe just not our thing, we were happy to sit at the pool bar in the evenings and listen to the live music instead! As part of our stay we had a meal at their onsite restaurant (rather than the buffet lounge) but I wouldn't bother with this part again, we were still hungry afterwards and it wasn't worth the money they would have charged had it not been included. Didn't spoil our break though and we would return for sure.More
Fantastic hotel, Lovely people.
Just back from Marylanza and it is a lovely place. Food is superb, staff could not do enough for you and always greet you with a smile. Hotel itself is spotless. All in all a terrific hotel. See you in February.More
Fantastic, beautiful hotel
Visited Marylanza for a week all inclusive, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel itself is set in a great location, 15/20 min walk from the promenade/beach. You know when your in a coach full of people doing a drop off at certain hotels.... well as soon as we pulled up outside it was like....wow this looks beautiful just like the brochure. Staff all so lovely , very accomodating , all work very hard. Food was a great selection, with a few chefs cooking the specials that day with the alternative to the buffet. we never visited the other restaurant as we were happy with what we had everyday. We never visited the entertainment so can't comment on that, we would just chill out in the bar or on the balcony. Rooms very spacious , just wow! We were on the end of a row so only had one side of a neighbour attached, we did think the walls were quite thin and could hear into next door....Although after a day of sun we always slept very well. We used the spa, didn't have treatments, paid 15 euro each for a few hours, defiantly worth doing if its a cloudy day. The one thing which i understand now is the lifeguards duty... not only do a good job making sure everyone is safe, but they seem to do maintenance..... which also includes in the morning is ANY sunbeds that have been reserved, even for ten mins and there is no body on it will be taken away. slightly embarrassing when we put ours down AFTER breakfast , went to our room for ten mins, to then come back to find our towels had been removed. The next day we had learnt our lesson and we just entertained ourselves laughing by watching the lifeguard happily remove peoples towels if there was no one sitting on it, and bags/books/ personal items didn't make a difference. The hotel is only 20/30mins by coach, so not long at all :-)More
