One of the best all inclusive hotels I've stayed in
What can I say about this hotel that's not good absolutely nothing. When we arrived there was no wait to check in they were very efficient and helpful. The rooms were massive for all inclusive with everything you would need for self catering and English TV. The food was hot very varied and all of good quality my husband lived the joints of meat almost every night I loved the fish. There was one person that stood out at the pool area Alberto the lifeguard if you put your towel down then went to breakfast before 10.30 he would remove them so other people could use the beds. I think this is the best idea I've seen and well done to them just wish other hotels adopted this rule. I just want to say a big than you to the hotel staff for making my holiday over the new year memorable and we will be back.More

Good all rounder
Generally a very good hotel and no negatives. Golf view rooms are fab and worth the bit extra. Cleaning standards are excellent. I don't normally say too much about Food quality as we are over picky and it wouldn't be a true reflection but food here was very good and there was always plenty of choice. Reception were always helpful when approached and I would recommend and return in the future.More
excellent apart from wifi
I stayed here with my family in July 2016. I kept meaning to write a review but never got round to it, its only now that we have booked up for this year that prompted me to get round to it. Basically we found this hotel excellent . staff ,food, room ,location all first class. We had a couple of minor problems with the room ,we made a call to reception and all were resolved within hours or the next day. The only slight disappointment was the lack of wifi coverage . I had 2 teenagers who could not get any wifi in the pool area ,plus when we eventually got it in the room ,it kept dropping out. You could get wifi no problem in the reception area . I am going to get an Vodafone package set up for my teenagers when we go over this year so just incase its the same ,this way it keeps everyone happy. The lack of wifi did not spoil my holiday in any way as we worked round it ,but just be aware . It may well be resolved now ,I won't know until we return.More
Good, it a couple of niggles!
We went from Jan 6th to the 13th as a family with two rooms. Checking was fairly slow as only two people on reception and we were the last off the coach, however the lovely Reuben was very friendly and efficient. Apart from the ground floor, there are only two floors of rooms so everything is easily accessible. It was dark when we got to our room and struggled to find a slot to put they key into, I was just about to give up when I then realised it's like a contactless card, doh! Rooms are large, and well set up for self catering. Bedroom consists of two twin beds, bedside table each, large dressing table with huge mirror, but when you sit down to do your make up the mirror has been hung too high and I could only see my forehead. Spare pillows and blankets are stored in the room. Wardrobes only come with 10 hangers in total, and a safe inside which costs â¬18 for a week. Lots of sockets throughout. Air conditioning also supplied. Bathroom. Jack and Jill sinks, bidet, toilet, shower in the bath, shower gel container supplied, plus a little step for children to reach. Living room/kitchen. Separate air conditioning. Two ring hob, fridge, which they give a bottle of water, sink, microwave, two sofas that convert into beds. Actually my daughter slept on the sofa as she found it more comfortable. Big TV with channels 11 and 13 for british. More storage drawers. Door to patio with table and four chairs. Pool. Very cold pools so I never used them, all very clean and lots of beds. There is a sign stating pool hours are 10am to 6pm, but I went there at 9.15am sat on a bed and read and the lifeguard left me alone. Other people did the same, left their towels and belongings then disappeared. The lifeguard would then go around the whole pool area and those unattended for a while had all their possessions removed and put somewhere else, fab idea. Pool food. They had late breakfast at the pool from 10.30, sausages, salads, fruit, pastries, ham, cheese. Then at 12pm they cooked burgers, hotdogs, tuna pasta, pizza, toasties and all soft drinks, slush/puppies are self service. Breakfast. Had everything you want, usual cooked breakfast, pancakes, omelettes, and cakes to die for. They had proper huge muffins, I miss them already! I have to totally agree with some other comments, unless you get the food straight from the griddle area the majority is Luke warm at best. I understand it is difficult to keep things hot, but at 7.30am when breakfast starts the beans are cold I am sorry to say. Their bread is lovely and they do have proper orange juice. Dinner. My daughter was moaning about the lack of variety, but in all fairness the food quality was good, however the desserts were the same apart from the chocolate fountain so we would go into las Americas just for a more fulfilling dessert. All drinks are self service and we never had to queue for anything. Entertainment. This starts at 9.30pm until 10.15pm umm, we only saw the marks brothers and a magician. Sorry just not my cup of tea, so we went into town to watch the entertainment until midnight and saw soul man, Michael Jackson, Gary Barlow, this suited us more, but hey we all like different things. If you turn left out of the hotel and over the road there are a few designer shops and a big supermarket, its behind a bank. If you turn right out of the hotel and turn left at floodlights it takes 10 into town or a taxi charged us â¬3.45 to get back. The main issue we had was ants everywhere in our room. They are half the size of ours, but when we were in the bath you could see them running on the tiles, the sinks. One night I put my hand out to get my book in bed and they are everywhere, it makes you itch. The weather was lovely, the people very nice, very clean, I still put on half a stone in a week so can't complain.More
