Defiantly should be 5* Turned up to be greeted by an alcohol free cocktail, checked in to be told the manager had upgraded us for free! instead of two double bedrooms we were upgraded into a suite! this had two floors each with a double bed in each room plus kitchen and lounge with two bathrooms. Perfect for 4 girls! we were so chuffed, the hotel staff were always happy and chatty. We were all inclusive which you have to do if you go, so easy to get drinks (even alcoholic). food was nice every breakfast, although nearly missed it as it closes at half 9, the pool bar opens at 10 which has fruit and pizza etc for a snack. Every dinner we ate at the buffet which was nice, had different food on every time like curries/Chinese/steak/paella. every morning we put our towels on the beds before 10 am but they move them off before 10 am. the room cleaner done a great job everyday, replacing the towels and cleaning up Security were great when one morning we woke up to find a stranger asleep on an actual bed on our balcony! Was very funny in the end Bad points - Wifi not great but didn't bother me but did my friends They move towels off sun beds before 10 am (not the hotels fault) but waiting for transfer to go home, nearly missed as they don't come in to tell you its going to the airport! Good points - Room facing golf course - amazing views Good food for all inclusive Very friendly staff Three pools nice all inclusive food - Have a room on the 2nd floor facing the golf course! amazing views! if you're on the 1st floor you don't have much chance or on the other side of the building which could be a main road!More
Myself and my partner stayed here for a week and it couldn't have been anymore perfect. We arrived Sunday night, after the buffet for dinner had closed, however they supplied us with a bag of food to keep us going and also recommended a restaurant around the corner from the hotel called the loft which serves food until 1am. There was always plenty of sun beds even when arriving at the pool later on in the day. The food in the buffet restaurant was outstanding, there was so much variety, I couldn't fault it (even being a very fussy eater!). The pool bar was perfect for us for lunch as there was still a lot of variety there, eg pizza, pasta, chips, burgers etc. We were very surprised when it came to the drinks as with previous All Inclusive hotels we stayed at you cannot usually taste the alcohol however at this hotel that is definitely not the case! The hotel was nicely located for the attractions/places that we wanted to visit for example Siam park, Siam mall and the main shopping centre. The room was lovely and spacious which also had its own Kitchenette including a kettle, fridge and microwave. The staff were extremely helpful and always very happy. I honestly couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to go to Tenerife, you will not be disappointed.More
Why this hotel isn't 5* I don't know. It is by far the best all inclusive holiday we have ever had, always great choice of food and drink! Rooms are a bit dated but everything else is just so nice here who cares?! Great peaceful location and not a long walk to both Americas and los cristianos... Would definitely return back here if we ever visit Tenerife again :):):) More
Had a fabulous week at this resort , smaller complex than we usually book. Large rooms with kitchenette and very large balcony. Pool areas very clean, plenty of sun beds available. Food very good, plenty of choice and enjoyed the salmon, caviar and glass of cava every morning for breakfast . Staff extremely helpful and courteous , nothing is too much trouble. Great location for walking to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. I found both these areas smart , clean and family friendly . Lots of restaurants , bars and excellent shopping centres. Siam park a must. Tenerife had definitely improved and lost that tacky reputation it had quite a few years ago will happily return.More
Traveled 19/06/16 with 4 adults and 3yr old. Thomson All Inclusive.Great hotel, smaller than we are used to which was something different. Modern very large rooms, spotlessly clean and easy to navigate with ramps for wheelchairs. Its an oblong shaped complex of about 200 rooms, all the outer rooms face outwards with additional rooms on the short sides facing inwards with pool views. These are I think the best rooms; block F over the kids pool and block B over a larger pool and close to the restaurant. We stayed in B209 and B210, on the top (second) level which were perfect (request emailed in advance). Getting a sunbed was no problem .Note unattended towels are removed from sunbeds. Meals in the restaurant were spot on with good meat choices and varied veg-potatoes very good. Steak nearly every day. You'll not be disappointed with this food believe me. Our room was a cavernous suite with self catering facilities which was ok for the toddler as we used the microwave to do some food obtained from a big supermarket 200yds away-peppa pigs etc. Behind the supermarket is a great kids play area with 2 bars, disco and soft seating. Pool bar was a little bland with not too great a choice of food but ok, we used the restaurant for lunch. TV showed English terrestial, BBC & ITV. Playa de las Americas 10mins away, turn right out of hotel and straight on. Los Cristianos was to left, but not a straightforward route -get guidance. Taxied back to airport, 25 euro. All in all a smashing hotel, lovely staff,in a quiet area, that I can really recommend and one I shall visit again.More
