    Great Hotel & A Very Pleasant Stay

    We spent the second week of our October 2018 Cruise and Stay at this beautiful modern, light and airy hotel and from the moment we arrived at reception we found the staff to be lovely, friendly and very obliging. It is in a nice quiet location but within walking distance to the main road where you'll find shops, restaurants plus lots of other amenities and bus stops with regular services to other places to visit on Majorca. Alcudia town is about a 20-30 mins stroll away (depending on your walking ability). The hotel facilities were very good and our room was excellent albeit not much drawer space, we found having your room key incorporated into your wristband is another intuitive idea (no forgotten or lost room keys). There was a large variety of food which was very nice and a great breakfast selection along with a numerous assortment of drinks (depending on your board basis) but something for everyone nonetheless. All the restaurant staff were very welcoming, pleasant and efficient at their job. Also a big thank you to the pool bar staff and Shaun the TUI Rep for all his help and useful information plus another very special 'Thank you' to the 2 female reception staff who were extremely pleasant, very helpful and are a credit to the company.

    The first part of the week was good but then the food selection deteriorated dramatically as the hotel was shutting down for the winter. Very disappointing that those guests left at the hotel were treated as if they didn't matter. Rooms were of good standard and staff friendly. Check in takes far too long.

    Traveled end of Jul 18, This hotel is just off the main track on a minor road but comfortable walking distance to the beach and port of Alcudia, the town is about 1/2 hr away on foot. Overall the hotel facilities were satisfactory, but we found in our room very limited drawer space, and the air conditioning was not good enough for the time of the year, we did ask reception to look into it but it made no difference to the temperature of the room. Love the wrist room key :))) The food was very good with plenty of choice, the restaurant staff were very busy but always very welcoming. A special thank you to the staff in the A La Carte restaurant who made an extra effort when celebrating my husband's birthday. A special mention for Jokov and Sylvie (entertainment's team) who made our holiday, we can't remember the last time we had so much fun beside the pool, we were kept well entertained throughout the holiday. The TUI Rep, Shaun was fantastic he is a credit to the company. He always had a welcoming smile and made an effort to say hello to all the guests at the hotel. He was attentive to our needs and even put a note under our door to wish my husband a happy birthday - lovely touch.

    Stayed here for one week after a cruise. Hotel was clean and service good. Situated in convenient location, far enough away from road ( noise) but near enough to walk to main strip. I should imagine in main season this hotel would be great, plenty of sun beds pool large. I really wouldn't advice going in October though, hotel was preparing to close for over the winter and you could tell, every day something else vanished, including staff and food by the end of the week. Also, if you enjoy a drink in the hotel of an evening , this isn't really possible in this hotel there is no comfy place to sit only reception which is limited with chairs. You could sit around the pool bar , which I imagine in warmer weather would be nice but spring and Autumn it does get cool.

    We stayed here from 27th to 30th October from a week on cruise hotel was clean but cold as there was no bar no lounge to sit and relax in it rained heavily for the three days we were there therefor we had to stay in they had a few leather couches but they were near the entrance and there was no heating on after people complained on the Monday they switched it on you had to buy drinks at a poolside snack bar ugh!!! Flat beer in plastic glasses no thanks when I complained I was told no bottles or glasses could be taken into foyer ugh!! Food was cold and sparse choice only thing that was edible for breakfast was fried egg and they struggled to fry them 1/10 terrible they ran out of lyptons teabags on second morning I was told other teabags were the same !! Obviously not a tea drinker rooms were clean but only one drawer everything was on shelves only good thing was television British channels and good free WiFi and pool and patio area but didn’t get to use because of the weather not the hotels fault BUT they need a bar area with bar service to make you stay in when the weather is bad sorry but we won’t be back
