I stayed for my pre-birthday celebration, and upon arrival, I was warmly checked in by Victor da Silva. What a great person! He not only made the check-in process enjoyable, but he surprised me with a lovely birthday note and two complimentary drink vouchers, which made my day!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
What really stood out was the check-in service. Victor da Silva assisted us, and he was exceptional.
