All staff are very friendly , but I have to say "Merel" was more than a receptionist , always going the extra mile to give answers to all of my questions even though it's more city related than hotel related. She was very patient and looks like she loves what she does and giving a help not just the job.

Lovely hotel just outside Amsterdam Central. Train station is less than 5mins from the hotel which made travelling easy. Not much around but not a problem if you plan ahead. Clean room and a comfortable bed. I didn't get to try the spa or eat breakfast but it looked lovely and the spa would only be 19 euros for use of the spa, sauna and pool for the duration of our stay. Very confortable hotel to visit Ámsterdam

The hotel very confortable, beds súper. Very close to the center. Just 30 min by train.
Isabel and Alberto at the Front desk gave us the Best advise. Very helpful.
Maartel at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful.
Would come back no doubt....
