We found this to be the perfect stay for us in Amsterdam. First, the location is ideal and you could basically walk to any place you wanted to within 10-15 minutes including the big museums. The room was large by Amsterdam standards (we had the junior suite). But the best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never had universally friendly and caring service.
