Was okay for 3 nights but wouldnt stay at this hotel again. The location is excellent! Myself and my friends bought a travel card and used the teams/buses/trains to travel everywhere we needed to go. A lot is also in walking distance! The staff are friendly and the breakfast was the same everyday but was tasty and fresh. As you walk in the hotel youre greeted by a sewage smell. Not very pleasant. Ideally situated, close to wonderful museums and the canal and transport links , however it seems that most get around by bike be very careful as they dont follow road rules and do not STOP at pedestrian crossings !!!!

From the outside a beautiful hotel, the reception and breakfast staff very nice and welcoming, fantastic choice for breakfast and very tasty. A lovely area to sit and have a coffee in the evening.
Rooms are very small, I would advise to upgrade to bigger room if staying here.
Very little hanging space for clothes.
Good shower, bathroom was fine....

Arrived at hotel and had no one at the door which was up about six stairs. Greeted at front desk where they offered complementary drinks. So far so good!
Took city tax right away of 42 up front.
Had to take the elevator to -1 ( basement).
Had room #5 which is adjacent to public wash rooms and the service elevator for bringing down or up the dirty laundry. The room next door is the operations room for the maids and ...

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel is a wonderful location for those who love museums! Our room faced the canal and worked out for two people. The staff is friendly, find Mark if you have questions, he so was helpful to us.
We used Hotels.Com and did not lock in the room cost by paying upfront. That was a big mistake on my part. Please dont be me!...
