We had a lovely city stay at the Ruby Emma hotel, check in was seamless and we were offered a free upgrade too. Room was spacious and modern, however worth noting for families and friends that the bathrooms are very open with glass shower doors.
The rooms are all controlled by an iPad which we found very difficult at times, we could not open/close the shutters so just relied on the curtains, also neither Apple TV o...

This hotel offers fabulous accommodation that is modern, chic and comfortable.
The breakfast served each morning is nothing short of excellent.
The hotel itself, although not central is perfectly accessible from the airport and the centre, with a metro station just a short stroll away, with trains running every couple of minutes to Centraal.
We enjoyed retiring back here after a day exploring central Amsterdam.

Great reception staff, really helpful in making sure check in ok. Was a little unsure about room and shower enclosure but it worked out fine. Lots of gadgets in room, easy to use. Great bar staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend especially as good links to Amsterdam central....

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The hotel is literally a one minute walk from the train station, straight across the road. There is a McDonalds hut right there, but the food is not great lol. Around the back of the hotel there is a convenience store and at the bottom of the road there is a lovely lake where boats dock. The area itself is quiet, clean, and feels safe.

My experience at the Ruby Emma hotel was exceptional! We came down just as the bar was about to close and our bartender Charlie was absolutely lovely to us. She recommended the BEST drink! I had the Rubys Pina Colada and The Moment! It was so good I had to order The Moment twice! She was attentive, funny and made my partner and Is last night one to remember. Thank you Charlie and thank you Ruby Hotel forever....
