We had the best time at the Ruby Emma hotel. It is a very modern hotel and has wonderful facilities. Our room was even better than expected. The bath and shower were fabulous. The bed was so comfortable and we had an amazing sleep each night. Customer service was excellent, any query we had was solved within minutes. The location is also perfect for travel throughout Amsterdam. I particularly liked how the lifts work...

The check-in process was not smooth at all, and the hotel is definitely not accessible-friendly. If youre elderly or have mobility issues, dont even bother its not designed with accessibility in mind.
We requested an upgrade, and while the kind gentleman at reception did give us one for free, we later realised it was actually for the wrong room, which explained why it was complimentary. The A/C works, but it doe...

Best 3 days in Amsterdam staying at this hotel rooms are lovely very clean and modern. We arrived at 10am and they had our room ready for us to let us check in early staff were great. Its just outside the centre but there is a tram line 3 minute walk from the hotel and you get 1 tram to the centre which takes 7 minutes very straight forward. I recommend when you arrive at Amsterdam airport I would buy the 1, 2 or 3 ...

I just arrived at the ruby hotel in amsterdam and it is so impersonal.i spent 20 minutes from my room to try and reach reception for an additional pillow.i got directed certainly to a call center who tells me go to reception.because the line is busy.what a disapointment.I definetly do not recomend this hotel....
