This is the second time we have stayed and once again it blew us away. The small details are what really bring us back - regularly replacing the flowers out front (we were lucky to be there in tulip season), putting the laundry bag in our bed after we asked about it at the front desk, the lavender pillow spray, Mothers Day chocolates and treats in the room, the most comfortable bed/pillows in the world. kind staff a...

The rooms are very small. A hotel that definitely does not deserve this money with its general atmosphere. Details, architectural design and m2 of the rooms are very poor for this price. . .....

Wonderful staff, lovely facilities and treated our young son like a celebrity. We had a beautiful suite and amazing butler service - nothing was too much trouble. We had a beautiful suite, and really enjoyed our time here. The butler service was really a highlight of the stay, the concierge was very helpful organizing a rental car and day trips.
