In our Europe Tour, we rank this one number 2 of the 4 Ibis hotels we did. Hotel staff was nice, but it seems they are not used to see tourists, as they barely had answers to our questions (questions were asked during off-peak time about general stuffs like public transport near hotel). Room itself was ok. The famous bus which drives you to city centre is there about every 20mins, and while the bus stop is in fron...

Okay hotel for one night

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
Everything else was a disappointment.
Our room size, we barely had space for our luggage. The washroom looks like an airplane washroom.
Breakfast food was limited and cold. For lunch and diner there is no restaurant around, we took the bus to downtown.
Location, nothing around but the bus service is efficient, the 22 across the street takes you downtown.

Staff were very helpful and the facilities were clean and tidy. We had a couple of drinks at the bar and we asked about the area. The people who served us were glad to answer our questions about the city. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety....

I spent 4N/5D B&B ..
Hotel is 3cstar hotel ...location os good for me .. in front of bus 22 station which takes around 15 min . To central station it is good for me really.
To reach the hotel from amsterdam air port you will take the yellow train (spoor) to amsterdam sloterdijk then catch bus 22 from bus station in front of the train station to drop off in kobelweg ..

We didn't realise this hotel was quite so far away from the city itself - however there is a frequent bus from virtually right outside the hotel to Centraal Station.
Staff friendly and helpful and room adequate and clean. Only criticism is a dog barking in a room nearby in the small hours - sign in lobby says, as seems to be the norm now - we welcome dogs. Fine but provided they don't disturb other people!
