Top notch hotel!
Everything was perfect. I can't fault a thing. The refurbished rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the staff throughout the hotel is wonderful, breakfast is amazing with fantastic service and the lobby bar/restaurant was great too with delicious food.
It's a 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, which is very easy to navigate....

High-standard hotel under renovation

We booked 5 nights using points and upgraded to a suite using a suite award. We are IHG Diamond members, so we were also able to use the Executive Lounge.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, so we weren't able to stay in a suite with a balcony. However, the hotel arranged a newly renovated suite, 916, which we were happy with. The only downsides were the lack of a bathtub and one interior door that wasn't very eas...

This hotel has to have the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced!
Everyone was nice and kind to us. Ioannis at front desk (sorry if I misspelled name), was so welcoming! We had 3 separate reservations, under 3 separate names, which he kindly merged for us, so we dont have to change rooms. We received vouchers for welcome drinks, which we very much enjoyed! The Address Where 5 Star Leaders Gather

We were at the Intercontinental Athens to host an international gathering of 400 plus leaders from 62 nations. The updated rooms were 5 star, the food was 6 star and the customer service was 7 star. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel, whether you are coming along, or with your family or hosting a leadership summit....

Amazing hotel, the value for money was outstanding and if possible would stay here again next visit to Athens!! One of my best hotels so far, and I traveled a lot arround the globe!...
