Book this hotel! Its worth it!

Very convenient location. Close to the train station and an easy walk to the Palace of the Popes. The hotel was excellent. It was all the small stuff like the shower had conditioner. The reception was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was worth the money and had some for everyone. Would stay there again and wish all hotel were as great as this one...

Good location, short walk to train station and there are bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep.
We booked on a room only basis, plenty of breakfast options nearby including a grab and go bakery across the street.
Friendly staff helped us up the stairs on arrival and departure and without being asked.
Bearing in mind it was 35 degrees outside the air conditioning coped.

This hotel had a dream location, extremely close to the train and bus station, and surrounded by numerous stores of every ilk, as well as being less than 5 minutes from the Tourist Information Center (the starting point for most tours beginning in Avignon Centre). The hotel appears to have been updated recently feeling refreshed , modern & very clean. We had a triple room which was extremely roomy. The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk to the station, we took several train excursions to Orange, Nîmes & Arles to see all the Roman buildings. It is also well located for all sightseeing in Avignon as well as restaurants, bars, museums, shops etc. We would definitely recomme...

Do NOT book this hotel if customer service is key
If location is your primary objective in Avignon, this hotel works. If you want customer service and clean accommodations, this is NOT IT. We originally booked for three nights, paid ahead of stay, and because we could not get a train back to Brussels on the last day, we had to reduce our stay to two nights.
