We stayed here for 1 night prior to our cruise. i made a mistake when I booked it and was off by a day. Expedia was no help. In passing I mentioned one of the people in the hotel. She told me to contact Expedia and they would contact her at the hotel and she would tell Expedia to refund my payment. Before I had a chance to contact Expedia she had taken care of the problem and my money was refunded. The next mor...

Nice hotel in a good location.

- Need more attention to details like more than one paper cup during there days stay, as well as soap in the dispenser. The exercise room was a little disappointing.
+ The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good....

This hotel is okay for it's price but it's only to sleep and discover Barcelona.
There's no bar or wellness but you know this of course when you book.
Rooms are clean and complete but not cosy
Breakfest is very good...

Took a few days to explore Barcelona before a cruise.

A modern, centrally located hotel. Most areas were easily walkable, I've seen some reviews that mentioned sketchiness of the area after dark but we never felt unsafe. Easily walkable to the Gothic quarter as well as La Rambla. A little more effort to walk to places like the Arc de Triumph, but definitely doable. Taxis easily available as well as public transportation....

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is in a great location for walking tours of the city. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. I found the fruit especially good....
