Horrible..The pictures are as old as the hotel - Bad, Bad, Bad

This place is NOT a 4 star hotel as it advertises. The pictures on the website as well as Expedia, American Airlines Hotels etc are fake..they are as old as the building. The room is horrible and smelled, the TV was falling off the wall, there was mold in the bathroom etc. Complained and they said there was another room but the room was the same. Total scam and a waste of $$$$ - Left and went to a true 4-Star hotel f...

The problems are tolerable due to the good location.

The location is in the best condition.
The staff are the best.
The lobby and luggage storage room are small.
The double room did not have a double bed, so they made do by putting two beds together.
There is no electric kettle in the room, but you can request one from the reception.
The door to the room has no eyelets or chains.
No cameras were seen in the hallways.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Barcelona. Lovely breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks. Easy check-in process. Very large beds and very comfortable beds, fell asleep easily and happily. Nice showers, very powerful and hot. Just a very good stay....

Central hotel in Barcelona

This is a central hotel in Barcelona, easily accessible by metro and very safe to walk around even at night. The room was OK, it was dark and the window looked out onto a wall. No iron, kettle but there is a minibar. The shower was good. It is not cheap but hotels in this part of Barcelona never are. Breakfast was good in both variety and quality....

Terrible hotel, no air, bad service

This hotel was one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. The outside is very dirty, the staff was rude, and the towels were like sandpaper. We didnt have air both nights we stayed there. We told the gentleman at the desk the air wasnt working and he said he would send someone to fix it. We left for an evening city tour. When we came back it still wasnt working. We called the desk and he said someone would be ...
