Nice small centrally located hotel

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to a lot of sites, there is a direct Aerobus running from the airport to Plaça Catalunya which is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with adequate air conditioning. Paula was very helpful for restaurant recommendations and transportation. We would definitely stay here again....

Ive stayed twice in the Exe Plaza, most recently just last week. The hotel is in a great, central location, close to the airport bus stops, public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. Its a nice, clean hotel with polite staff and amazing hair dryers (salon quality). Unfortunately, there was a bathroom leak on my second night, and I had to swap rooms very late (11:30 pm). The hotel is in a good location, however the corridors leading to the rooms are small and very low quality design. We had a superior room which was just about big enough, but the standard rooms are super small. The aircon speed did not work and was reported but no one came to view. Good location, hotel and staff are not very helpful nor do they have care about customers. We happened to be in a room with no air conditioning and they couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there. When checking out, the manager was as useless as the rest of the staff. She cared more about the review we would make than how she can actually compensate us for the 2 stars vibe of the hotel. Would not recommend...
