Very disappointing experience with this hotels management. Due to a serious health issue, I was medically forbidden from flying. Despite informing the hotel in advance and providing all medical documents, they refused to reschedule our 8-day stay by just one week. The prices were the same or even lower, yet they kept 2,000 and showed absolutely no understanding. They simply ensured we wouldnt arrive so they could ...

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to a lot of sites, there is a direct Aerobus running from the airport to Plaça Catalunya which is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with adequate air conditioning. Paula was very helpful for restaurant recommendations and transportation. We would definitely stay here again....

Ive stayed twice in the Exe Plaza, most recently just last week. The hotel is in a great, central location, close to the airport bus stops, public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. Its a nice, clean hotel with polite staff and amazing hair dryers (salon quality). Unfortunately, there was a bathroom leak on my second night, and I had to swap rooms very late (11:30 pm). The hotel is in a good location, however the corridors leading to the rooms are small and very low quality design. We had a superior room which was just about big enough, but the standard rooms are super small. The aircon speed did not work and was reported but no one came to view.
