Very bad customer service. Rude and reactive receptionist. A receptionist with an attitude who is totally clueless about offering customer service and clueless regarding local legislation. He even refused to call his manager and pretended to be exchanging text messages!...

Although the location is not near downtown, it is near the beach and is walkable. And on a leisurely walk about 30 - 40 minutes at the beach you could reach major attractions. The rooms are good size and nice, and theres small bar at the lobby. It closes early however. The restaurant where the breakfast is served is a bit small so if you have somewhere to go, go early, it gets crowded and ran out of cups. The best ...

Really nice staff, pretty central and great value for money. My only criticism is no plug sockets next to mirror in room, one in the bathroom. The hotel is kept nice and clean, the residential area the hotel is set in is lovely and quiet. Would recommend ...

Clean, good size rooms, comfy bed and pillows.Friendly and great customer service staff. Convenient location, close to the beach area. Breakfast is okey. Wish they have more options. Shower is too slippery and should have a Matt to prevent any slipping accidents....

I am very satisfied with my six-day stay at the hotel. The reception staff is friendly and competent. The rooms are well furnished, the furniture is maintained. The bed, pillows and bedding quality are very good. The bathroom is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Hygiene is maintained at a level.
