The hotel is in an excellent location , easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants . The room was spacious and very clean . An extremely comfortable bed and the shower was brilliant . The reception staff were very polite and helpful....

I would have rated a perfect 5 star..:if they would have made a better effort in allowing customers to have a room ready willing to pay extraat least one or two hours before check in 3 pmafter a nine hour flight. We arrived at noon time and I had to wait till 3 PM, which is the regular check in time I truly believe it couldve been done. Not a very busy hotel. The staff is excellent but that be the only thing good about the hotel.
The primary detractor is the conditioner of the room. The floor was massively marked up and the tub had finish coming off in the bath water.
The elevator was big enough for two normal size people and MAYBE a piece of luggage or two. But oh my hod, you could read the New York Times cover to cover in between the floors. You could read Harry Pott...

Close to Sagrada Familia (3 blocks) and Hop-on Bus (recommended). Beds are stiff but okay. Front desk staff very helpful. Tons of restaurants close by. Clean. Didnt try continental breakfast ($$$ - should be included). Good stay - pre-cruise....
