Great hotel near bus station and metro

We stayed at this hotel in December of 2024. The location is great. Close to the bus stops and metro stations, as well as the malls, restaurants, and just walking around the city. We took the airport bus and it was about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean and has all the amenities we need. We had our toddler with us so we have a sofa bed in our room. Poor stay (1) had to move rooms because cloric smell (2) toliet broke down (3) room didn have airco facilities (4) open window meant evenings of loud talking by neighbors and barking of dogs, would not recommend, apart from prime location close to catalunya...

Good stay, recommended for families

Very good stay, Hotel was located quite close to the main shopping areas (10 mins walk), and on the bus and tram routes.
The breakfast spread was good, and the staff was very courteous. We had special requests for packed breakfasts twice during our stay, and the hotel arranged for the same promptly. The rooms were clean and spacious. We got an upgrade as well! ...

Hotel with issues

Whilst the hotel is centrally located. The individual climate control in the room is set to blow hot air during the winter. Modern climate control systems should enable the adjustment to either hot or cool air. The chef in the restaurant refused to do poached eggs, this is the only hotel in the world that I have encountered that cannot do poached eggs. I will not recommend the hotel to other travellers....

My room was very nice for a short stay and the room service workers + cleaning staff was amazing but unfortunately The staff wasnt very friendly at the front desk snd not very accommodating to helping me find a lost item, which probably made me less likely to come back here...
