Best staff working there, breakfast was in the 24th floor with beautiful view.
Amazing service, can order your breakfast from chef, a lot to choose from and got surprise gift from staff.
Spa and massage was quality service thank you guys for everything!!!...

Just returned from a short stay in Barcelona. This hotel is about 30mins taxi ride from the airport. It is in a quieter location, about 45 mins walk to main part or 10ish in taxi. We didnt get on metro so cant comment on that. Ummmm would I stay here again? I dont think I would the rooms are shabby and need repairs doing for general wear and tear. Grouting mouldy around shower, paint scuffed on doors and skirtin...

We visited in Aug 23 but had forgotten to post a review! We had the best time staying at this hotel. We'd booked last minute (literally 4 days before). As a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls (18 & 15) it had everything we needed. We'd booked (unbeknown to us) The Level package which gave us access to the pool and the all day Buffett and snacks on the upper floors, this was life saving and for our first package holi...

Good Hotel in a good location.
Good staff especially those in the restaurant areas.
Rooms great but one or two worries over the soundproofing....

Convenient location, average hotel

During our August stay, we booked a family accommodation but ended up with two connected rooms instead, as the hotel layout did not allow for true family rooms. When checking in, the staff was inflexible and simply assigned us the rooms available.
