Terrible Experience, Zero customer Care

So, it really wasn't a great experience. I was going to mention all of our issues upon checking out, but wasn't even asked how our stay was.
1. We were told that we paid for a view room ....and put on the 3rd floor overlooking a city street and a busy/noisy construction area.

First Nobu Hotel experience

It was an amazing experience.
Although it was just one night, it was truly unforgettable.
The location was convenient, everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was also excellent.
Everything about the hotel was perfect.
If I ever stay again, I will definitely choose the Nobu Hotel....

Barcelona. Room is small. There is little storage space. The lighting system is not human friendly. The shower is half open allowing for water on slippery floors....

Wonderful stay at Nobu Barcelona

We had an excellent time staying at the Nobu Hotel in Barcelona. The room was clean, roomy and felt elegant.
The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of selections. The staff was very friendly. Coni welcomes us each morning with a big, warm smile. Eli was specially attentive. Even though it was a self-serve breakfast buffet, Eli offered to make me a special cappuccino when she noticed I was struggling with the ...
