We stayed in this hotel during a Viking booked extension to a cruise in Barcelona. When the room was assigned, the lady said: Youre getting a Deluxe room on the third floor. Some of our fellow travelers were assigned rooms on the 18th floor. It sounded much nicer but, hey, we were getting a Deluxe room! The room on the third floor was not at all Deluxe and a far cry from a real 5 star Viking booked hotel we stay...

This is not a 5 star hotel!
I dont recomand if you have 5 star hotel expectations!
The food is good. The personal is very kind but overall the hotel can get max 4 star. We couldnt get any sleep because of the ac and the housekeeping. It s my first and last time at this hotel...

Definitely not happy and not coming back

I had to pickup my daughter from Sants Station and had 45 min window to have a quick dinner. I chose to go to Nobu and have dinner my myself in the Omakase bar.. Service was ok. Sushi was honestly not suprising, surely below, Koy Shunka or Sushi Jara but product quality was there
My experience was ruined by their security staff and coordination with hostess. They are much more worried about security than being kind ...

Manuel, Flo, Ishmael, and the entire staff especially the hostesses and serving staff were just amazing. Every single person had the best attitude and went above and beyond with a spirit of service. Truly grateful for an exceptional visit....

A Japanese-flavored hotel distant from the city center

This is a nice hotel, but it has some deficiencies. Our room was small and dark. Its one chair was too low for comfort. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast on the 23rd floor should suit anyone. The buffet had a wide range of choices for Americans, Spanish and Japanese guests. There are some nearby restaurants. We ate dinner once in the hotel restaurant. It specializes in Japanes...
