Absolutely disgraceful experience.
I booked Hotel Salles Pere IV based on recommendations from friends and family and expected a comfortable stay. Instead, I was left stranded in Barcelona in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay.

We booked this hotel for my 50th and booked a deluxe room.
Upon arrival at 11am we were told our room was not ready and that we couldn't check in until 2pm on departure we noticed people were checking into their rooms at this time as we were in

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Nice bar area with good food on offer at reasonable prices. Good base for sightseeing in Barcelona as only 10 minute walk to catch the sightseeing bus, 15 minute walk to seafront and a good walk or short taxi ride to La Sagrada Familia....

The hotel is excellent, it is absolutely spotless, the staff are all very polite, friendly, professional and helpful and will help in every way they can.
