The hotel is excellent, it is absolutely spotless, the staff are all very polite, friendly, professional and helpful and will help in every way they can. Our room, on the ninth floor, was superb with a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and terrace. The breakfasts have to be seen to be believed - there is everything available. Central located hotel.
Professional and helpful staff at reception . Lovely room and quiet. We were here on a Monday and Tuesday nights .
The only negative comment I can make is that a drink of tonic cost 5 euros which I think is very expensive even for a hotel! However the rooftop bar is a lovely setting.

Ive stayed at several hotels in the Sallés chain, especially in Málaga where the standard has always been excellent which is why I booked here with confidence. Unfortunately, my experience at this Barcelona property has completely changed my opinion of the brand.

Nice hotel, friendly reception staff, good level of decor and cleanliness.
I had a room that faces an internal area, it was their cheapest room as I spend a lot of time away from the hotel room usually, however this time I had an injured foot so had to rest quite a bit. Clean and comfortable. No smart TV. Wifi quality spotty. Pool tiny & indoors. Lovely sauna and steam room. Friendly staff on ground floor bar. Rooftop views great. Showers good. Excellent balcony.
Weird automatic lights in areas of room that cannot be turned off. Rooftop food is a rip off and quality terrible. Served frozen cheesecake (see photo)!!! Ridiculous for price. 5 for cokes also...
