Lovely bar service from Khatia, but overall disappointing

When we arrived, our rooms werent ready at 2 PM like promised. We had booked two rooms, and one was supposed to have a surprise for my partner balloons, wine, and fruit. Big surprise indeed only balloons! I asked about it and they said the rest would come at 6 PM. But instead of bringing it to the room with the balloons, they sent it to the other one. Very confusing.

Really nice hotel, just a bit out of centre but other than that lovely and would go back. Rooms really nice everything you need, staff very friendly. Had problem with Safe Deposit Bix but sent Maintenabguy around straight away who sorted it....

Hotel itself is nice good location, nice decor. We didnt realise its next door to a night club but didnt hear the noise from the room but was busy trying to get in and out of hotel. Hotel staff were very nasty , not friendly , not accommodating, didnt understand English well. would not recommend staying here....

Do not stay at this hotel if you value sleeping. There are two clubs directly opposite the hotel and are VERY loud up to around 0400. When they shut at around 0330 the noise is unreal! We were woken up several times on several nights. On top of this the hotel its self must have the worst insulation I have ever encountered of any hotel I have stayed anywhere in the world. You can hear absolutely everything from above ...

Went to this holiday on the 11th. In the night, me and my partner were very irritated, scratching our bodies a lot with bites shown on the photos as well as four bites on my partners neck. In the night, we noticed bed bugs in the bed and a dead bed bug under the bedside table. We were then provided a new room after we had to check all of our clothes and baggage thoroughly.
