Palm Beach Hotel

Hotel quiet at end of Sept but temp still hot. Food was excellent as booked half board with plenty of selection. Locals friendly, yes a walk down hill into town was fine but got taxi back for a few euros. Benidorm strip was fun and plenty of choice of entertainment, anything goes but everyone very friendly all different ages etc. Outdoor pool was cold but indoor pool warm. We went out every night so cant say what entertainment was like but you can order pizza at bar for a snack and they were lush. Would definitely return to this hotel x

Stayed here for 7nights for Christmas with my kids. Although the hotel itself was okay for the money, unfortunately the staff were not apart from one lady at breakfast who was ever so lovely to the kids. Everyone else RUDE. When asking for anything the responses were just poor especially from the blonde woman at the desk she knows who she is, when I read the reviews beforehand I read about her and I knew straight away it was her when I saw her, she has not been trained well in hospitality, she has a not bothered attitude about everything. She failed to even mention about entertainment that was happening on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we had no idea and saw something happening when we went to go to the shops, the next day I asked her about wether it was happening again she responded “the same time it was on yesterday” I’m like wowwwww we’re obviously not invited. The man at the door of the restaurant treated us as if we were not allowed to go inside, he also made It seem like I wasn’t going to pay for my drinks as he kept on speaking Spanish to his colleagues and pointing at us. Will not be staying there again ever...... oh and the cleaners just burst into your room without knocking!!! Disgraceful!!!! Thank you to the DJ Lady, the beach shuttle driver the one who rides a motorbike and the staff in the bar very nice people, they should be promoted to front of house for their hospitality 10/10 everyone else should be sacked.

Very pleased with room. Breakfast typical buffet style, plenty of choice. Lovely pool area. Only downside is the location, fine going down, hard going returning back up hill to hotel. I believe the hotel run a shuttle bus daytime but we did not try it. Would return but would suggest you look elsewhere if you want a central location without the steep walks.
