Nice, clean and well appointed hotel, half block to either train or bus, walking distance to shopping and nice cafes, the breakfast was great, the room was comfortable and clean, excellent service, thanks...

Renovated hotel, still have things to improve

It use to my first chose when visited Berlin
Than they started to fail time after time
I decided to give the place another chance as I heard the place was renovated
The place is really renovated nicely
The rooms are renovated and look fresh
The front desk look more personally
I was happy to see most of my feedbacks were taken care of.
Two issues I have to say was disappointing .
The first one is the gym op...

Pretty good location (few steps away from S-bahn station and the famous Ku'damm) and the hotel offers convenient parking, should you be arriving by a car.
Room was clean and quiet, front desk personnel welcoming and helpful.
Stayed for 3 nights and was overall was satisfied with the hotel, need remove one star as the Wifi was rather poor (and no, I do not wish to pay 10EUR for 'premium' Wifi these days), so be ready ...

We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel was conveinently located near all public transportation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate and the cleanliness was above average. The area of Berlin is very nice as it close to high end shopping and wonderful dining....

It was a nice stay overall the most important was the location that was very good
Service in reception could be better
Bkf service very ok
The variety of the buffet was very good
The room overall was clean and spacious
The bar next doors interesting...
